What hardware, and software I need to start mining? Would you guys give me a list of the things that I need to buy? how much can I make a month ?

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

No, seriously, mining can be done a hundred different ways and there's no "best" configuration.

Go read the hardware forum and find something you like.

yes as more people mine and mining hardware gets more optimised it will be harder to make Bitcoins

I can conclude that better the equipment more bits I can mine, and more money I can make. Is that correct?
