This is a FANTASTIC domain name, easly get about 10 thousand dollars for this. You could probably sell it to localbitcoins.com for very large as well, they will likely want to buy it.

I don't think it is worth even the average amount domains usually get sold and also LBC won't buy this. If yes, he could get a HUGE profit by registering a domain similar to LBC's(eg:- local_bitcoins.com) and sell it for xK to LBC.

Yea we know that, but having a mirror like that if people mistype it could bring in more business potentially. Lots of people like google do this where you buy domains very similar so therefore you don't miss out on any users that mistype your domain name

I have a fair few custom and really good domains of my own and the value is building up nice on them with crypto related subjects in their names so keeping them and adding bits and bobs to them for rank and seo and other parts on it moving up the ladder of ranks nice too. Yes of course, sometimes people will accidental put this. I believe localbitcoins.com has other domains pointing, maybe old companies they owned and lost. Can someone remind me of any domains that point to localbit coins.com?

Yea I have owned a couple domiains which I used for some projects and when I didn't find the project to be going well the domain was worth a bit more. I believe I resold a 10$ domain for 30$, that was my best sale.
OP please tell us how much you get for the domain and what it will be used for, I am interested

It's a VERY good domain name but the problem is it is very related to localbitcoins.com it is a rare opportunity and I would expect maybe some big copmanies to pick it up, its not your average crypto domain. I would accept all offers above 2k, that sounds about right to me. How much did you get it for?

You get some traffic from people making a mistake and wanted to go to localbitcoins or if you are very well referenced. Also, you could sell to localbitcoins.
