I recently decided to get into mining...but have been using a clunker just for web surfing its a Dell Dimension 2400 and i just bought a HIS ATI Radeon 9250 128MB of Bitmit...Would this do any good for mining

*Note i plan i creating a good bitcoin operation i just want to know if this will work for now

The typical source for video card mining performance is:

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison

However, the Radeon 9250 isn't on the list since its a bit too old.  You would need an HD series card to support mining on the GPU.
