I read this before, there is a really long account of it somewhere. The date on the check in the picture is 1995  Shocked

Good on the company for sending out those annoying adverts. Last year in the Netherlands a lottery claiming people had won something (while this was a ruse to get them to play the lottery) was successfully sued and forced to pay out to the plaintiffs.
