You think it's possible to start a town or city that dells with only Bitcoin for money? If you need a example you can pick the western part of the US. I think it would be good to use solar or other green power.

Yes, it's a good idea but it needs massive investment just to start.

The US will never do that since IRS is very serious about AML. It could be in some third-world country to start though.
