Everyone who was in the queue was paid....If you buy in and no one buys in after you, then no there is no funds to pay you. Everything is transparent, All transactions are visible, All funds are visible.
Not EVERYONE gets paid. It is a game. Investors will only get paid if enough people buy in behind them. When did you send in your funds, and can I have a txid?
As far as I remember. There was a transaction in the queue for .25 BTC that was never paid.
