You broke their terms and conditions. It's as simple as that, what don't you understand? Now you're being investigated and you're BTC will be tied up until they're finished. This is your OWN fault. You could have avoided this mess completely by not creating a bunch of accounts, depositing and betting using your own referral link. Like I said before, try doing this at ANY legit sports book and see what happens. This is just innocent mistake and I did not mean to make 0.2 BTC out of 60 BTC I spent back... Do you see, this is ridiculous.... Why would someone call me a scam? I am not in the business of scamming 0.2 BTC from Cloudbet.com.... You know what pissed me off, they could have just resolve it with simple phone call, chat or email. Now I have to deal with losses of money.... Seems like f**ed up situation for me and they are not doing anything to resolve it quick, considering my VIP status.... Any respectable casino would take care of it immediately and release my funds... Ridiculous, maybe but you have to understand that this is a common thing in the sports book industry. 0.2 BTC is such a small amount but over time it would add up. It's taking away from the book's overall profit and if everyone did this they could go out of business pretty fast. How much are you owed, after winning and losing bets? 0.2 is almost 60$ thats a good amount of money and as you said if everyone did that it would add up but 60$ its already a big amount of money |

By the way affiliate link or whatever it was really innosent mistake. I was testing the system and had no clue it was registering or whatever... I thought they would have better tracking system as well. I have 2 sites where I was planning to send them traffic from http://www.1stbtccasino.com/ and https://www.facebook.com/1stBitCoinCasino Email of my cloudbet.com account that got frozen is cloudbet1@1stbtccasino.comLet's have some common sense here, I used to program in my past life. I was a web developer for 10 years. If I wanted to scam cloudbet.com for 0.2 BTC using affiliate link and do my own bets whatever it is.. my mind is not even set to think that, why would I use email account cloudbet1@1stbtccasino.com to make bets? Isn't this email account directly related to the affiliate account? I would use proxies up my a**, tor and HMA with that, on top of that I would do this on VPN server so there no cookies or any other traces.... I am not THAT STUPID... This whole thing is huge misunderstanding. I am very disappointed with cloudbet.com and their lack of customer service. Now if they would allow me to take my money, I would like to take my business else where ASAP |

This one is just retarded, no other casino is preventing you from having multiple accounts. So if I get together with my friends, they cannot even login from my house? I am not the kind of customer who will "deal" with it. I did nothing wrong #1, #2 every damn casino is crazy for my business. Being treated this way, shows that cloudbet.com is a scam, place that do not care about VIP clients, place that cannot afford to have normal customer service either... Freezing account out of the blue like that is another prove that cloudbet.com is a scam... I am in losses because of them... As of right now they are in possession of my bitcoins and I cannot get it out of their damn web site....

You've admitted to breaking their terms when you said "I did absolutely nothing wrong. I have 6 accounts". Stupid rule or not, rules are rules. Go ahead and join any of those casinos crazy for your business, make sure you sign up under your own referral link with 6 accounts and place bets under all of them. Post back the casino and results after a couple of days or when you try and make a withdrawal, would be interesting to see what happens  |

Being honest does not get you anywhere with these "casinos" - all they are, just a dummy web site, nothing but another layer between cloudfare... their sites normally are full of bugs. Lack of customer service really shows who they are. What can I say, I am just an idiot and I am getting punished for it.... Thanks to cloudbet.com now I know how to avoid being caught next time and stay below the radar... At the same time, so far nobody from cloudbet.com even bothered to respond to this thread or refund my money. My initial scam accusations are 100% correct...

How long am I supposed to wait for someone to just look in 2 my account. Is this how VIP clients are treated. I am taking my business else where. In the mean time, as I mentioned, I am out of around 30 BTC and as of right now, it is around f**ing $9,000 - that's damn brand new car my friend. Would you have patience? Would you sit and wait for f**ing "investigation" if you were in my place??? Don't sit there and be smart about this problem... So far cloudbet.com is a scam who stole my money covering their airse by "terms" and I am out of $9,000....
