According to the article average price per kwh in China is just $0,08 which is insanely low.

The average price where I live (Western Europe) is €0,27 per kwh. What a huge difference.

I don't know why people still think that Bitcoin is all about mining. 99% of the people in the Bitcoin economy are not miners and don't even care who mines the bitcoins.
