I want vanilla gift card preloaded with $25.
I will want pictures with the front and back of the card, and receipt (that has been paid in cash). Please pay with cash.
Willing to pay few bucks more for the trouble.

Can you use these cards online with AVS (Address Verification System)?

If so, I'd want some of these too.

Yes.  Only the zip code though, not the street address.  This is sufficient for ~90% of merchants, but I've run into problems with paypal and shopify.
