How much Bitcoin does your microwallet have? You know there is a minimum amount to withdraw coins from there. If you give more info I can help you.

They usually pay once or twice a month, eventually you'll get your payment.

As Karartma1 said, there is a minimum amount for balance you should have in order to withdraw.

I entered my own address and it said:
Withdrawal limit: 0.00005825 BTC

Though this limit can be modified, so different people have different limits. Check yours.

If you check the Microwallet official thread, you will see it has such payment delays all the time.
For example, someone reported receiving his payment after 10 days (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=348060.msg10534695#msg10534695) in Feb while someone reported not receiving anything after 18 days (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=348060.msg10699946#msg10699946) a week ago.
