Electrum seems to be stuck at this screen
http://imgur.com/Z58hbGc

This is my first attempt with the program and was just trying to test out 2 of 2 multisig but once I got to this screen there was no way to get out of it.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled, ideas?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

The screen is waiting on your input for the second key. You need two keys to create a 2 out of 2 wallet.

Yes but now I can not create another one as Electrum only remains at this screen. I can not leave it.

On OS X you can open Electrum twice, are you saying that's not an option on Windows?

Yes you can, however both open to the same screen. I imagine to set up 2of2 on the same pc you would have to open two and get to this step and copy the master public key over to each?

If you can't find your wallet just open %APPDATA%\Electrum
