Either implement changetip to the forums or create an internal changetip function. Would also be great if it supported like the top 20 altcoins.

I've thought about that before, but I think that there might be legal problems with that. It might make the forum a "money transmitter".

To second quote:

Create a single wallet run by the most trusted millionaire's.. this wallet will be the kitty recipient's of assistance can donate to, and request/suggest this person or that person should get x amount, for assistance rendered.. and the recipient in turn voluntarily chooses to agree to donate say 20% back into kitty to keep it going, before receiving reward, this should absolve the site from personal involvement, as they are only seen as the trusted HOLDER.

I think the way this currently works is fine. If someone wants to tip someting they can find your address in either your profile or your signature or plain ask. Its already as easy as copy & paste. The only "advantage" to an implemented system would be that the tipps are public. Tiping is usually not done in public though. Think about it. When you order a pizza (or sushi or whatever you like to order) there is the moment when the person says that'll be XY and the most common way to respond is to hand one or more bill(s) and state Y in return please (or something along those lines). You never publicly state the amount you tip. Same in bars and restorants. Why would you want to change this?

Im not really here, its just your imagination.

Why bitcointalk should pay the "good" users? I don't think it's a good idea, if I want  tip you I use my bitcoin.  The bold part , we have discussed about a "thanks" button here :

I think it will be useful to thanks a post, but without send "money" (only as "thanks for your post).

i dont know if i get it right, but for my understanding, good guys/helpers etc should recieve a payment like tip for the good thing they have done? i dont think it is necessary because if some user really want to give a tip to another user, he can visit his profile and find the bitcoin address of the user and just give him some coins.. Yeah, but most dont even say thanks, and some read on how much some help other's, and receive not so much as a thank you for sometimes hours/days or weeks of help.. if this aint a good idea, then perhaps a bitcointalk faucet?

Kinda like an all in one bitcointalk pit stop.. With 10% more payout's than every other faucet, help spread the wealth more..

Please don't suggest whatever comes to the mind. Think about it before you post here. You should consider security, money, relevance, difficulty and people using Bitcointalk.

And read the sticky. You will know what you should suggest. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=523070.0
