actually I traded many times smoothly with Loureed and they always paid back me BTC as promised
however they paid with long delays and I was ok with it as long as they pay back honestly

we traded more then 7000 USD paypal to BTC exchanges

in July 2014 Loureed was informed me that someone sent they paypal funds with mention btc address in memo and then sender also open dispute for refund back funds and after it they got limited their paypal account with around 4500 US Dollars in it, for 180 days

before this happens , week ago I was already sent them around 3000 US Dollars so I decide to wait either 90 days or 180 days until Loureed paypal account finally allowed to cash out their limited paypal balance of 4500 USD

and in Jan 2015 , full 180 days passed and Loureed paypal account finally allowed to cash out all 4500 usd limited  paypal balance

and now I try contact them from Jan 2015 and now March 20 2015 and still waiting for their reply back with update and pay back my funds

yes if required I can make screen shorts of payments sent to Loureed

however I still trust on loureed and still never believe if any scam here but I just post here to try contact them as fast as possible as I need urgent back my btc which hold on from 8 months

yes you are right and I still trust on Loureed and traded more then 5000 usd via paypal to btc with them smoothly, they paid back with delays but still honestly so I have no problem with it

I never open any scam report here but I just post here to try contact them as soon as possible

if Loureed you seen this thread then plz contact back me as soon as possible

if any forum member here phone contact with loureed or you reside in same location as Loureed or closed friend of him then plz inform them about this thread

I've seen numerous scam accusations come up that state they've been scammed only to mention that the actual scam happened months ago. Whether or not LouReed is scamming, this is a surefire way to get scammed as well as to get others scammed. If you haven't received your payment then make a thread right away, don't wait months down the road. If it wasn't your fault that his PayPal account was limited there is no reason you should have to wait anywhere close to that long for a payment. It seems like LouReed is taking advantage of you. Hopefully he hasn't done this to his other customers.

Acknowledging slander can sometime be worse, so I wouldn't blame the guy.  Depends if OP can do a better job at substantiating the claim.

If he is online and he doesn't actually owe the money then the least he can do is deny the charges against him. A better scenario would be for him to address the allegations and resolve them.

OR maybe he has already replied to him through a personal message, who knows? However I also do not think he has never scammed any users here in this forum (most probable a mistake).

I was got reply from Loureed via personal message here as on March 24  2015 and they was informed that Green Dot reversed over $3,000 in MoneyPaks, so lost all of that because they couldn't provide receipts for the cards because they were from trading on LBC, and on top of that, got scammed bi on LBC using Chase deposit.

and they said that "I absolutely have every intention to pay you back in full"

so I just trust on him what they say anyways in fact I was sent them more then 3000 US Dollars via paypal funds around 9 months ago and after some time they informed that they got limited paypal account with 4500 USD inside so I just trust them and allow them to pay back me after full 180 days once paypal allow them to cash out all limited paypal funds to their bank account

and now I still waiting while instead of 180 days now more then 9 months passed already

I again sent private message to loureed for help and pay back me at least 2-3 btc right now and remaining will wait more time

in fact I never deal in Green dot / moneypaks or even Chase deposit and I only and only send them paypal funds which still never reversed or hold etc and because of my paypal funds, loureed never got any lost so I friendly request to loureed that please pay back me btc as promised as soon as possible

Its always unsettling to see scam, and many people have price on their honesty, with trusted members that price is only higher.
I would still like to hear other side before making any conclusion, but the lack of contact from that other side is concerning, hence the negative should stay until (if ever) this is resolved.
Personally, i would never trust that user with any money ever again, for the lack of communication alone, and not to mention this hairy situation.
