Well if the user is sent PM, asking him to come out to this thread to present his side of the story, and he fails to do so, even tho he was online and has red the PM, its a red flag, dont you agree?

Regarding the green feedback, and default trust, theres no point even in discussing it, because feedback system on this forum is terrible.
Accounts selling, multiple accounts, feedback system not regulated.. nothing and noone here can be trusted.

actually I never open this thread as scam report as I still trust on loureed and we traded total 6000 US Dollars via my paypal to their btc and they paid back me honestly some times already

from starting as loureed always late reply and late pay back so I just take it normal and still not think loureed trying any scam

Loureed last time paid back 1 BTC as on OCT 05 2014 and after it to till today they never able to pay back any money and was replied that they lost money in green dot etc so can not able to pay back fast

some private messages screen short I posted here so you can see it but please understand that I still NOT believe that loureed is scam and still hope they are honest and will pay back as soon as possible

His green trust rating won't change soon. It may change when more DF users leave negative feedback but still not soon.

This thread has been open for a long time (~3 months) and LouReed has not even bothered to deny the allegations.

I do think it is normally appropriate to requite proof in these kinds of threads, however after the thread has been around for some time, the person being accused should at the very least deny the allegations (or parts of it) so the accuser can provide evidence to refute such denials regarding specifics of the allegations.

The OP does have positive trust from LouReed which supports a trading relationship with him.

LouReed has had negative trust from me for over two weeks now and I have not receive so much as a PM attempting to resolve it (despite me being in his trust network)

At this point I would say it would be appropriate to say that LouReed is guilty of the allegations against him, although they may change if he were to deny the allegations and sufficient time were to pass after such allegations when no evidence was presented

Exactly, you (defaultTrust users) can left him a temporally negative trust (scam accusation against this user). You can remove that feedback when all this situation will be resolved  and as quickseller said : his lack of interest to reply here is very suspocious.

It might not help you but it will prevent others from trading with him in the future. You're basically saying you sent paypal funds, his account was blocked but not because of your paypal funds and you've been waiting over 8 months to be paid back. Others should be aware of this as it's untrustworthy behavior IMO. If his paypal getting locked wasn't your fault, you should have been paid or he could have at least kept in contact with you with a payment plan of some sorts.

Waiting to hear his side of this but the silence is kind of suspicious. I've done many trades awhile ago without problems with LouReed and have left positive feedback for most of those trades. That feedback will be removed and replaced with a warning to other members if he doesn't respond to this.

Today Loureed just replied back and updated me, and transferred back me 1.0 BTC and remaining they will pay back as soon

so I am ok and satisfied now and closing this thread right now

off course I was know loureed is never do any scam but they have some financial issues so why they not able to pay back fast

also I want request to Tomatocage and Quickseller that please remove negative warning feed back from Loureed profile as problem resolved already and in fact there is NO any other complain against loureed on this forum.

Everyone removed their negs on him prematurely, IMO, because he obviously hasn't paid gameristo back in full.  I've done a lot of business with gameristo, and he earned my trust by paying back a PayPal debt to me when he had bitcoin I'd already sent in addition to him never pulling a chargeback scam with PP funds that I've sent him.  If he got scammed, then LouReed deserves some negative trust--if for no other reason to get his attention, though he may not even care anymore.  His last activity was months ago.

This is a great example of how very trusted members have ended up scamming, and it's one that newbies should take note of.  LouReed has got NO negative trust on his profile, yet he scammed gameristo for a decent amount of money over 3 years ago.  I'm going to do my part in a minute.

It looks like LouReed contacted the OP, setup some kind of payment plan that apparently he did not follow through with. The OP asked me to remove my negative rating, which I did, and based on the PM, he likely sent a similar message to TC asking the same.

It doesn't look like the OP publicly followed up on the debt until very recently.
