Website creator needed

I need someone who is real good with making adult website.
Website should be mixed of flash and html. Also, payment gate should be integrated.
Web design is important as well as website functionality.
Target will be one adult-star (to say so), with alot of her pictures and videos.
Some areas will be needed to be VIP (paid).
I have no big budget, but I hope this can be done with average skills.
