Hi, I own a faucet currently and I am looking for a way to increase traffic to the site. In the last 24 hours Ive only had 10 people take payments. Anyone have any free to low coast ways of doing this?

You mean a Bitcoin faucet, testnet faucet or both? When I was developing my payment system I decided to keep the testnet version going so users can make payments in both. The idea being that testnet payments outrank the free service and bitcoin outranked the testnet service. Before there was "freemium" and "premium" but this let me offer "freemium", "medium" (or should it be "testmeum?") and "premium".

I can put a link to it on the site for my users but it only will be light traffic.

You should try contacting other faucet owners and swap ads on each other's sites, that's a quite effective an free way.
I guess you should offer an equal number of impressions/hits to make it fair.
