Bought an office 2013 pro plus key off your website. paid with paypal. but wasn't given the key.

Auto-buy already works, but it somehow mentioned there were still Office 2013 Pro Plus keys when there were none. Checked every product after this problem occurred and it's now fixed. I just made a human mistake.

If you are not sure about some weird site just don't use it next time. I am not saying that it is a scam site, but it may be glitchy or just broken, and you will never know. If you really want to purchase Microsoft key it will be better if you buy it directly here. If you want be 100% sure use escrow, although price is not really high enough to use escrow for this trade...

I've checked the logs and there are no more pending orders. There is only one pending order in my panel which isn't paid yet. I'm sorry, but you haven't purchased anything.

Don't believe this person. I admit that two keys didn't work and immediately tried to fix that. Anyways, the person Jstarc immediately opened a claim at PayPal and didn't even want to reason with me. You even wanted 2 new keys when you already opened the claim/dispute. If you are starting with that kind of stuff, you are not worthy of my support.
