Nope it's not.

It probably uses coind or coin-qt to make transactions. That script is not mainly for bitcoin.

No it connects to a btc wallet and for any altcoin it also connects to the wallet using rpc settings

nice script but no have block or logout button.
i mean block addres, if i put btc addres in http://paycoinfaucet.cf its still get acces and cant out.

It runs on cookies so after 2-3 hours the cookie will clear and you can put in a new address
