I think if you carefully read the response the reason is there. "Insubstantial posts+sig ad"

It is against the TOS to create a spam account. I see you are new with an activity of 0. What would prevent someone from creating 1000 such accounts, putting an ad at the bottom, then posting thousands of threads with just a sentence each?

This rule, that's what. As a new poster you will want to read more than post and post more than a few lines. It may seem harsh but you should see what these forums looked like without restrictions. It was a mess.

You have much more freedom to do posting when you're not joining a Signature Campaign But if you're joining one , do not make many and repeated posts to get more posts for your Campaign.
And do now post with your new account (MAsterV1.1) outside of Meta else it'll be considered Ban evasion and you might get further 30 , 60 day ban or may be Permanent.

When I looked back on the first two pages, most of the posts are in fact spam and one liners. I can see how you got banned now.

14 day ban is not a big time , just wait.
If you really like to post so much , Remove any Signature from your Profile and do one liners/ unrelated posts freely

No, you will still be banned for that sort of posting, having a paid advertisement in your signature just draws more attention. People spamming still get banned regardless of whether they are paid to or not. Don't make the mistake of a lot of others here are, wait out your 14 day ban, don't try and ban evade, get your post quality up. And continue as if nothing happened, now knowing the rules a bit better now, so that it doesn't happen again.
