Last night I fell asleep at 4am and woke up at 12pm.  And I feel tired all day long if I don't have my caffeine.  That's what you get living in front of a computer screen.

I go to bed at 11:00pm, but actually slept at 12:00am.

I was playing computer games and watching movies all evening. Went to bed at 3am and woke up around noon.
I usually go to bed late, even when I have to go to work I usually find things to do before midnight

Yesterday I worked from 1330 until 2130 (Eastern Standard Time), got home around 2210 and then set about making 100 breakfast burritos for a fundraiser this morning. I was done and in bed at 0235 and then was back up at 0550 to hand off the burritos, then watched an episode of House of Cards on Netflix, then woke my kids up at 0720 to get them ready and off to school. I then tried, and failed, to go back to sleep, so I did some stuff around the house before having to get ready for work, where I have been since 1330 and will be until 2130. Sooooooo.... I have a feeling that I will sleep like the dead tonight, because I am tired as hell right now!

Ok, break time is over. Back to work!

Last nigh I went to bed around 11.30 pm. It was a bit earlier than I usually go to bed at weekends.
But I am happy for that, because I had great sleep and I'm looking forward to today's work at office.

usually i sleep over at 01.00 am at my time zone, cause of that time, traffic of my network is very fast

If it is talking about my last sleep then it is 3:45pm. If this is about last sleep at night then it is 10:30pm yesterday, which is same as before.
