I am person who want his day/week to be organized, so I always know what should I do in monday, wednesday and even in the weekend.
Let's get back on topic now... I know exactly in what time I go to bed (around 4:00 am in the morning) and when I should get up (10:00 am).
I know that most of the people think that you should rest your body more then 6 hours, but I disagree with that! If you start to practice meditation, you will start to change the chemistry in your brain and you will feel more fresh and focused during the day and also you will need less hours so you can rest.
