Do you know that if you do meditation before you go to bed it can really help you to fall asleep very fast? Also, it can boost your level of energy and when you will wake up next day you will feel much better.
It is interesting, while you are meditate, you actually sleep with and ''open eyes''. People who do meditation before go ti bed has better dreams and they can remember most of them.
My last night experience was so great! I was flowing above the earth and watching the stars, planets the whole galaxy!
