Well, last night unlike the other days I went to bed very early...
Usually the time between 4:00 and 4:30 am is the time when I fall asleep, but yesterday I was feel little weird. I even skip the training so I can prepare for my concert who will be today, but I still was feel very exhausted.
I was watching one of my favorite TV series before I start to prepare my bed and do my meditation routine before I go to sleep. Meditation really help me to gain some energy and relax my brain before I fall asleep. I never try to used before, but the last 2 months I am practicing every day or every every second and I feel great!
