I have got a $300 google cloud credit can be used to create servers and use them till $300 is used up.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

bitsum, I think this is more suitable in digital goods section so i suggest you to move it to digital goods section and also you will get a better traffic there

You have to have a credit card associated with the account as well. Also google may have caught onto the person wanting the accounts and banned them and they are having to resort to buying them from a unbanned user.
