Unless the visa is unopened and paid for with cash (with receipt to prove it), plus it is physically sent to the person buying it, no one should accept this as there has been numerous cases where a stolen card was used to buy anonymous bitcoins.

You might be able to use the card to purchase SLL (Second Life Lindens) on VirWox, and then trade those for BTCs:

Or you might be able to use the funds to purchase a physical bitcoin from MemoryDealers.com:

But those are about the only options to use the card to buy online.

The other approach is to mail the card to a vendor that will first spend the funds from the card, and then will use that amount towards bitcoins and send them to you.
