although I know I am a total noob I would like to get startet with bitcoins.
It is very hard for me to actually get any bitcoins at the moment because it is really hard to actually buy any.

I am looking for people willing to trade small amounts of bitcoins with me.

I agree.  Paypal are all very happy about letting you add money to your account there, but when you try to withdraw it, then they cause problems.  They limited my account and I can't get my funds out for 180 days.

Problem is I am from germany and how else could I pay you right know?
All the options take ages to register and everything.
Thats why I only want to buy small amount so the risk for the seller is very low.

Wow there is really a lot of paranoia going on in the bitcoin community.
This really does not encourage rapid adoption... i think somebody has to find a solution for this...quickly...

It's not paranoia.  Many, many people have been screwed by paypal around here.  I still trade through them, but I require a clearcoin.com escrow until the funds are withdrawn to my bank account.  Usually 2 days, but can take up to 5.  Right now, I'm offering up to 10 BTC @ $9 each via Paypal.  PM me if you're interested, or hit me up on freenode irc (same username).
