static const int64_t MAX_MONEY = 2000000000 * COIN; // 1M PoW coins

?
Do you have a question?

Is 2000000000 the total number of coins in the long run?

There is 1M coins possible to make from POW (up to block 10,000).  POS is flat 1 coin per block.  That is 1440 coins per day.  It will take 3,803 years to hit the 2B cap.  In 3,803 years the reptilian colonists could then bump it up again so people can keep on staking.

Mining Smiley coin algo works very well, pos and staking had already started.

It will be much less than 1 Million coin because of pos blocks. (%30-35 of blocks are POS)

Looking for exchange to put some buy support.

Added stealth, port from SDC w./ lot of tweaks to work with the newer code. There is small 1 cravoshi fee when you send to stealth address, needed as network does not accept 0 value outputs as standard transaction.  This way no hardfork that upsets our reptilian overlords.  Updated d/l link in the OP.

No, not mandatory.  Only if you want to send/receive with stealth addresses.

Added some alt d/l links & shasums in OP.

When I try to open the wallet on Win 7 x64 or Win 8.1 x64, I receive the following error: "The program can't start because libwinpthread-1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Any advice or is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
