Wait, was my IP I set in the conf supposed to be my WAN IP? damn I messed that up. Set my LAN as static and placed that in the conf. No wonder I could connect with stealth ports.. Was not going anywhere.

how do i open port 9999 using tor onion address and an apache server? have it all up and running and when i try to start masternode is says

not capable masternode: Could not connect to ".ONION address"

Do you have iptables/firewall running?  Did you put in a rule to allow the port?  Did you configure the port mapping correctly in your torrc file?  Also, no apache server is needed....

ok so i added a new rule to allow that port and im pretty sure i added the port mapping correctly in the torrc file

no more apache running..and still unable to connect...i feel like im missing something stupid but cant figure it out
