Used false Paypal credentials to verify a trade.
Dilip Samuel (Dilip Samuel Jayachandran on my PayPal), dilip.samuel@gmail.com, 16049014182

Received BTC and did not supply funds.
http://blockchain.info/address/14hZ5MwdvxVWD3NsryCeJTxdNV1DFe7o9W

Is using a screen shot of our fraudulent trade trying to tell other board members I vouched for him.

he's using a text only voip number to verify
16049014182 hosted by iristel.ca and resold through textplus.com
textplus has been contacted by Canadian Anti-fraud Centre and have released his personal information to them for further investigation.

he called me from a skype number +16617480240

He was communicating from ip's
24.203.104.120  videotron.ca
184.151.127.212 bell.ca
both track back to CA,QC,Montreal,45.500000,-73.583298
Both isp's have been contacted by Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre

He also uses the email Bitcoinsmarket@gmail.com

Confirming BCB's statement.

BTCMover claimed to have made a legit transaction with BCB, but wanted to buy more BTC and BCB was offline. I PM'ed BCB about it, and he told me he never received the PPUSD.

Is Dilip Samuel his real name then? Or is it one of his fake credentials?

Dilip is a valid verified PayPal business account. I don't believe the scammer actually has access to the account. Dilip did not respond to an email sent to that gmail address.

just received this in response to an email I sent to

Dilip Samuel (Dilip Samuel Jayachandran on my PayPal),
dilip.samuel@gmail.com

on Thu, Aug 9, 2012

[snip]

Hey,

That's not me! Apparently I was just googling about myself and I saw my name here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99757.0

If need be, I can register and give clarifications. I have seen Canada only on the map but there is IP spoofing which I am not aware of.

Just cut and paste in that thread that it's not me though dilip.samuel@gmail.com is of course my paypal account.

Warm Regards,
Dilip Samuel

Quite strange... I see the entry in the Google search like that:

Print Page - SCAMMER: BTCMover
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=printpage;topic=99757.0 10 Aug 2012 – Dilip Samuel (Dilip Samuel Jayachandran on my PayPal), dilip.samuel@gmail.com, 16049014182. Received BTC and did not supply funds.

BCB, verify the email header for the time zone.
