We are having a huge 2 BTC freeroll tourney on 5/30/15.    This tournament is a Thank You to all of our active customers.  

There are a few ways to gain entry into this tournament.

1) Users who deposit .10 BTC or more total (or equivalent in other currency) and play will automatically have entry into the tourney.
2) Users who have made smaller deposits may still gain entry if they post a review of their experience on Bitcointalk, Litecointalk, or Hashtalk.
3) We will have several smaller satellite freeroll tournaments and the top 3 players of those tournaments will gain entry as well.
4) Entry can also be purchased for .02 BTC

I was registered to the 0.01 buy-in tournament and when i see you posted this i realized i was running late by 20+minutes so logged in but i had my funds returned, that is a good touch i must say. Did i get cancelled or was that because i was sat out?

I was registered to the 0.01 buy-in tournament and when i see you posted this i realized i was running late by 20+minutes so logged in but i had my funds returned, that is a good touch i must say. Did i get cancelled or was that because i was sat out?   

The system auto-removes inactive players after 15 minutes and returns the funds.   Do you think that is too little time?   It's easy to change.

The withdrawal system is working fine.    And it has never been that high.   It is .0005 or 1%, whichever is higher.

So the withdrawal fee is 1% from the amount to be cashed out.
Sorry for my misunderstanding, because once I withdrew 250chips (0.25btc) the fee was 2.5mbtc, I thought that it (2.5mbtc) was a fixed withdrawal fee. But I was wrong

I see you did not read the post above yours, admin states the fee is .0005 or 1%, whichever is higher.  That is a small fee to pay to withdraw and i am happy enough with it as it stands. So it would be 250mbtc withdrawal to charge a 2.5mbtc fee. Nothing major is it?

just after i won some freerolls and withdraw little bit of money
that seems kinda unfair,i didnt know what i did was not allowed
if i have to play some cash games im more than willing to do that

I won 0.0X btc from a freeroll before, withdrawal was fast, no problem, no banned, do you have multiple accounts or violate their terms?

Did you do something that abuse the site? maybe something like multiple accounts?
have you asked contacted the admin about it?
Because I have no problem in withdrawal. So far I did 2 withdrawal, not huge amount but at least I got my payment.
