[WTB] Tera Chronoscrolls

I'd like to buy chronoscrolls for BTC. I'm on the Serpentis Isle server, but server transfers are free. I'd like to pay the BTC equivalent of the cost plus a little extra for the seller's time.

I was contacted by markyz offering to deliver Chronoscrolls. I paid 1.2 BTC which was half of my offer. I was going to pay the other half on delivery. He's said he was delivering them soon and so far never showed in game. Giving him until the end of day today to deliver before I call scammer.
