So I thought of an idea to create a online account generator. I was wondering if this is legal. The accounts i will have are Minecraft, Netflix and Spotify. The accounts that will be on the generator are bought by me in bulk quantities, I do not crack them.

So is it legal or illegal?

I would say it depends on the TOS of the company your making these accounts on.   I have not read the TOS of any of them but I'm guessing creating bulk accounts automated is against their TOS.

each company has different terms about this, its better to go through the terms and do it for those who allow it

If the accounts are bought by you in bulk quantities why do you say it is a generator? if you buy and sell accounts you need to check with every site if they allow that.
