Yes it is a 'scam'. In the beginning you could be able to mine something like doge and they will pay you in euros , now the things were changed and they will obligate you to buy a 'contract' so now it's only a ponzi.

scam since one month at least, they were a semi ponzy before, with the best payout out there, contracts weren't that bad either, now they are pure ponzi, stay away
