Has a problem blue screening when trying to install windows,

already sent once to gigabyte, received back, still had problem but i thought it was my cpu so i sent CPU to INTEL and sold gigabyte as refurbished, the buyer sent back claiming the problem

i haven't used it since and talked to gigabyte they said send back again im just tired of dealing with them, i'm sticking to ASUS

just looking for offers or anyone in CALIFORNIA that i could drop off i drive around a lot
