Well, quite frankly, if trolling up a photo that is years old, on a subject that has been long dead, buried and gone, and "daring" users to stare into his eyes, is your idea of "working to protect the community", I have to say you are doing a piss-poor job. There are real criminals out there doing very serious crimes, and this is nothing but a waste of bandwidth.
