I think this should be put somewhere in "speculation" but try using this: https://www.tradingview.com/ Probably one of the most popular sites for making charts.
If it's too sophisticated for you, some people just use bitcoinwisdom and draw lines there

Tradingview is indeed nice, thing is that you have to pay to access some basic features. OKcoin also has some nice charts that you can use some of their tools on.

As people have said, tradingview. You can also quickly draw lines and more within bitcoinwisdom.com, a lot of people use this, half of those screens from from there, but it's not as sophisticated as tradingview one.
