i need it to be simple

i will pay .01 BTC for it
the theme is HAGALPAKAN

it currently means endless laugh, happiness or extreme laughter
please think of a logo for it then send it to me. if i liked it i will pay you

You have to come to an agreement with the designer before the logo is started. Otherwise, what's to stop you from wasting resources and time of other designers?

I'll do this for a higher price, .01BTC is not enough for a "quality" logo. Probably a 2/10 in all honesty, a quick piece of work.
