Posting Guidelines [WTS/WTB] [ITEM][FUNDING METHOD][TERMS][OPEN/CLOSED]

There are some ongoing threads here that OP's are keeping up nicely, and are very useful  however with a lot of newer members the Subjects are random and they are often not updated or closed after the trade has completed.   

I would like to request the following guidelines with the hope that that is will benefit members looking to exchange.

Subject should have five headings.

[Transaction TYPE]
                               WTB - wanted to buy
                               WTS - want to sell

[Item Transaction]
                               PP{CUR}  Paypal + three letter currency ie PPUSD
                               BTC - Bitcoin
                               Diablo GOLD (is there an abbreviation for that?)
                               etc.

[currency you take]
                                BTC - Bitcoin
                                PP{CUR} Paypal + three letter currency ie. PPUSD
                                SEPTA
                                WF  - Wells Fargo p2p
                                ING - ING DIRECT p2p
                               Quickpay - Chase QuickPay p2p
                               DWOLLA

[TERMS] (if any)
                               +1%
                               - 1%
                              BO = best offer
                             OBO = or best offer

[Active]
                             OPEN
                             CLOSED

so a subject for
                             [WTB][25 BTC][PPUSD][BO][OPEN] would be

                             want to buy 25 BTC for Paypay usd at Best offer

And when the deal is closed update subject to

                            [WTB][25 BTC][PPUSD][BO][CLOSED]

OR
                           [WTB][MTGOX USD CODE][DWOLLARS/WF/ING/QUICKPAY/PPUSD][+3% OBO][OPEN]

wanted to by - MT. Gox US Dollar code for Dwollars/ING peer to Peer, Wells Fargo peer to peer, etc at +35 or best offer. 

Also, do not lock thread after deal in closed so users can post charge back or any other issues that may come up after the trade.

This looks like a nice way to standardize things around here, the only problem is the majority of people cannot read.

I think the biggest issue for me is closing threads. I've responded to a few posters and asked them politely to close their threads and they've been more then glad to. They had either forgotten or didn't know the protocol.  I think with some gentle nudging it this sub-forum could evolve into something a bit more organized.

Please mark your threads [CLOSED] in the subject line after a deal is closed or taken off the table.

Also maybe remind nubees to do the same after you trade with them.
