iirc the ANC (Anoncoin) addresses will work for this coin as well. AWE cold storage works with Primecoin settings. From their website: • Can you add support for cryptocurrency XYZ ? Absolutely ! To help us do that, you can fill this form. But keep in mind that there is some currency that we cannot support. If the developers made some change in the address format, we won’t hack the crypto core of the project and take the risk to tamper the security of the others currencies. You can also implement the support yourself by following this non-developer How-To

You should have prepared a conventional wallet as well. I don't think many will install this extension on their browser. Speaking of which, how heavy will the load be on the browser for usual staking? RAM and CPU power, I mean.

There is a 'conventional' QT-wallet: https://github.com/FoundationAwesome/coinawesome-qtAre you using Windows? Maybe we can build the binaries for windows this evening. Staking is currently not possible with the browser wallet extension. So the extension does not require any special amount of resources. Only the QTclient/daemon can stake and run a full node. Staking inside the extension is planned for the future but not important for now. As for Firefox: Sorry, but more important things popped up, so this got delayed. But will bump this issue up! There are still 3:30 hours left till end of round 6! Hurry up!

Cool! Send you some coins manually, because of following... We checked again what is going on with the Twitter giveaway. Unfortunately Twitter seems to return unreliable results. We fetch the tweets from the user profile to see whether it is a new account (spam) or an established on (the one we want). Here is the screenshot of the logs (only public information) Maybe here is a Twitter API expert who can suggest a solution. We can also start sending out like 10-100 coins for every tweet by default . What do you think, guys? All this is a good demonstraction why we need a P2P blockchain API like we have with CoinAwesome! Did you know that you can embed up to 256 bytes per transaction?

Sounds good. I am waiting on a wallet sync, and purchased 0.001 on the crowdsale.
In case the QTwallet does not sync, add some IPs inside coinawesome.conf and restart the wallet: addnode=192.241.212.114 addnode=146.185.180.114 addnode=54.77.112.230 addnode=52.0.47.110 addnode=104.154.39.130
The first tx didn't go through on my end. Do you mean the first tx you made inside the browser extension wallet? Can happen when the internet connection is bad. Will try to fix this by doing multiple attempts to broadcast transactions. EDIT: Ok, got it

I bought some earlier and I would rather have them moved to a client that can stake.

Sorry, misunderstood you. The browser wallet does not need to sync. Usually we speak about syncing when we talk about "syncing with the network", i.e. downloading the blockchain. We will send you the coins you purchased latest a few hours after the end of each round (5 PM GMT). To clarify: 1) If you want to purchase AWE, tip AWE on websites or simply use AWE inside the browser, then you need the browser wallet extension: the "CoinAwesome Wallet". For most people we recommend this! 2) If you want to run a full node or stake AWE and earn transaction fees: You need the QTclient (or the coinawesomed - daemon). Available inside our Github. Does this make this more clear? @siameze not sure what you mean with 'specialized' client.

awesum indeed, looking forward to end of round. I was worried that I misunderstood the concept, and also needed a client to stake. I want it for tipping atm.
