This looks like a donation instead of loan to me , if you are to ask loan from the community here, you will need to provide a collateral for atleast 110%, so if your steam account worth at least 110% from the amount that you asked, it will be hard for you to get the loan

No, this person clearly does not have any intention of repaying any loan that he may receive. He is asking for a range of amounts in order to appeal to as wide of an audience as possible while still trying to get as much money to steal as possible.

It doesn't matter how much you offer to repay. There is zero chance that the lender will be repaid because you have zero intention of paying back the loan.

If you are making a weak attempt of a sob story then that is just another red flag not to lend money to you

It seems fair for what you're asking if we look at it from a 1:1 scale. I personally wouldn't be interested in dealing with steam accounts at the moment but we have some people here that do it often.
