We are looking for loyal users to join our affiliate program, want to join forces and do you know any good AD network that they can use? Any kind! POP up/under, interstitial/banner etc. Tips are much appreciated!

First impression: Site doesn't work. I tried shrinking a link and has been "Shrinking" for over a minute now. Second, http://wiu.co/1 which is supposed to redirect to google, redirects to the home page of wiu.co.

tried to shrink a website to test, after 2 minutes it's still shrinking just like what @justscrewit said
site needs a little more fixing I guess to make it work perfectly

Not affiliated to any site yet? How do you plan to pay out users if they receive hits on their link now , or you don't?

It launched yesterday with one ad network (popmajor.com), but they closed registrations all of a sudden.. So at this very moment, you won't get paid for your shortened links.. We'll try to get a new ad network up & running asap. If you have any suggestions for a good ad network, let me know!

A couple remarks:

- When i signed up, the popup window was hanging
- I know, you'll only convert the balance into BTC when we ask you, but i would suggest you add a BTC payment option in the gui when you're planning on offering BTC payouts

For the rest, it looks clean... So that's a big plus :)

Like adf gives gives a small amount of revenue depending on the country of the user who clicks the link, what's the amount given by wui? Also, Adf has only $5 payout. Is it possible for you to decrease the payout?

so we will earn USD from the site and its like we will sell it to you in exchange of BTC?

More or less yes, he is affiliated to the site and hence he will contact the site admin, they will deduct the amount you want to be paid in btc from yuor balance, and you will receive a payout from OP. Well thats what I think anyway.

For the sake of my own privacy I will be using fake email, hope its no problem. BTW OP seeing that you are a new traffic paying site, I'm sure you're going to be hit by quite a lot of fake traffic, as you haven't yet "acquired the knowledge" of seperating the fake traffic from real ones, that could prove to be a negative point while finding advertisers.
@erikulai, I think service announcements would be better.

I just saw that you do not have a Ad network yet. It is really hard to find a ad network or advertiser who would pay the amount you have on the website. If you manage to get to a few $/k for Tier 1 you would be lucky.

For testing the traffic you can start your own campaign. Try a CPA campaign or run a referral system while you have no ads. This can help you start testing the traffic before you ask to join a network or look for advertisers as they want to see proof of quality first.

Well, we partnerd up with Google Adsense and PopMajor, but popmajor closed us out all of a sudden and I'm talking with a Google representative at the moment, because I'm not sure if we pass all their conditions to use Adsense (we got already accepted though).

As that 10$ per 1000 views isn't relevant atm, I'll let him comment it out for now :) But we strive to become the most paying one, as this source is completely ours. Many other url shorteners like us, use our leaked source.. wiu.co (http://wiu.co) is exactly in its launch state (back in 2011).

Couple questions:

1. You said that revenue from ads is not constant and depends on the country of the person clicking the link.
So do you have any table or list showing which countries generate the best click money?

2. How much it will take to earn $10? How many clicks I need?

3. Your signature campaign will be ppp or fixed rate?

There is no advertising affilate yet, so if you are advertising for them now, you are doing it for free.
Same as above, but the advertising rates will most likely be different depending on the traffic
He is not starting a signature campaign, he is announcing a site where you get revenue based on how many people click your shortened link, like adf.ly. Didn't see the newly edited(didn't see it before) signature campaign part.

1. You will definitely be able to see the exact rates for each country, once we have integrated an ad network. Structure is ready to go :)

2. I have commented that out, as that depends on an AD network (partners), soon I'll announce it though :)

3. It will be ppp, plus fixed rate for avatar.

@OP how long does the verification email take to arrive? I registered using a fake email, well no result, but then I tried it with my personal email address but still the verification email hasn't come. Could you check with the admin?

For me, it arrived instantly, but it did end up in my spam-folder (some settings of the mailserver might be improved)

Aha, it was in my spam folder as well, wonder how it ended there though. It should be improved I guess.
Edit: For a URL shortner it seems to require much unneeded details.

That's all neccessary to pay you with USD via Paypal, while we are a registered company in the Netherlands under Kvk (Kamer van Koophandel).
We won't use that information for anything else, than its core functionality.

If you aren't comfortable with it, just fill in bitcoin at all these fields and we'll understand :)

Is it ok if I use details from : fakenamegenerator.com ? Well you know me, I don't like giving away my details however trusted a site may be. I have even given fake details on my coinbase and paypal because of this, you never know when it might be useful

I am looking for a service like this and thank God I found this one but I have a problem with it. Is it just me or the links that I shortened shows a preview of "Make money when you're in it!" when I share it in facebook. Shouldn't be the preview of the link is from tjw original link and not the link shortener slogan?  :-\

Can you show me a screenshot, because I'm not sure if I completely understand you, just to be sure :)

Will your short link break frame if i use it on a TE site, like bitf.ly does ? And do you offer datailed statistics about individual link used ?
btw you have just paypal as method of payout in your FAQ, you may want to update that.

Hey I was referring to this. I was hoping the title of the link that I shortened will be shownxand not the "make money when you're in it!" slogan. It works in oher link shortener so I was wondering if this is also possible in your service.

We have updated its design a little, do you like it or does it have too many colors now? Let me know!

 The new color appears to be more appealing but I think the titlw and the logo needs a bit more work to make it look like more professional. :D

by the way does the shorten link can be post to FB? or there are sites that it will be ban? I know there are certain sites that doesn't allow advertisement.

As this is a new advertising service I would say it hasn't banned it yet, but it may change after some days if it proves to be quite widespread.

Tested it with more than 100 fake , traffic exchange views and can say that it is not affected in any way. My views didn't even increase , but while I tried it myself it ave me one view. Good news for advertisers, they will be getting only real views.

I'm very happy to hear that it works like it should :) We've been accepted to one of the largest AD networks out there, so we started to pay upto 0.015 BTC for 1000 views :) We'll closely monitor everything, so we might increase payouts very soon already :D

The preview of the original link still doesn't work mate. I tried a different link and shortened it. Still the same "Make money while your at it!" is showing.

If you're using Gmail, check the spam folder. And if you're using fake mail address, you should more or less forget about it and at least make a temp. gmail, it seems fakemailgenerator and mailinator blocks those emails.

What if he even is? Does that change any fact about the site or anything? The site doesn't count fake views: good for advertisers and it gives an average payout based on actual views, what more is a shortner required to do>

In all honesty it is nothing to do with "evil users". You get what you pay for. if you want to get traffic for a few $ per 1k then you will get exactly that (bot traffic, automated traffic, pretty much junk) because real traffic, even if it is not targeted is worth 20x more than anything ever provided by shorteners.

Why don't you use your domain to make some kind of a digital goods auction site where people can solely use Bitcoin as payment option. Something like this is missing right now. Everywhere you'll be forced to use PayPal and other crappy payment tools. We want Bitcoin.

Make website similar to amazon where people can buy items for a cheap price, and make it bitcoin payment only

And promote your sites with signature campaigns
And advertise at european country because i heard btc is fully accepted at europe now ;)

i would love to see a website kinda like netflix but you can pay with bitcoin. although i imagine this would require alot of contract deals relating with copyright

Well basically they work just like Facebook, the only difference is tsu.co gives 80% (I'm not sure) of their generated income to the users who contributed to the site unlike Facebook who keeps the income all by theirselves.
So the % of the income you can get from the overall income of the site is based on your activities on the site.
If you can get a lot of people to follow you and like your posts you, that will be counted and if let's say your post has reached 50% of the audience, you get 50% of the 80% that they will give. :D

Yea, I think it could work that way to prevent users activity to be redundant. You can make it an all bitcoin related social media.

That is definitely great, I was shocked that your first project doesn't work out, but I think you need to put a subject for this discussion so users can properly see it and suggest some great idea about this!
