It also seems to work with Chromium.  And so I expect it would work with Google Chrome too.

The games seem to be flash, so it doesn't really matter what browser people use does it?

I sent the 0.1 BTC from my wallet to my casino deposit address, but when I log in, it still tells me "You have 0 chips".  But when I go to my deposit page, the deposit address has changed.  Is that normal?  I guess you may be waiting for some number of confirmations.  If so, it would be nice to see some acknowledgement on the site somewhere that my deposit has been received and is 'pending'.  Or you could even let me play with it, but not withdraw anything until the deposit has the required number of confirmations.

Right.  What I'm saying is that something that only happens 50% of the time isn't "normally".

Do you have a list of your blackjack rules anywhere?  I split aces just now and wasn't allowed to hit afterwards which I'm not used to for instance.  How many decks do you use?  How often do you shuffle?

Also, in the following hand I bet 12 on one spot only, split, and doubled down on both sides of the split.  A total bet of 48.  But the game told me "your bet is 36":

30 minutes is normal transaction times based on Bitcoin transactions we have seen though our server.

I think it's a little misleading to tell people that their deposits will normally clear in less than 30 minutes when that's not the case.  It's only the case around half the time.

Misleading would say "Instant".

3 confirmations approx. 30 mins.. no harm no foul.

This isn't particularly unusual.  But your page leads people to think that it's abnormal to wait so long.

I don't think I can state this any more clearly, and it's not a big deal.  I think rewording the deposit page would lead to fewer customer support queries, but that's your call.

I tried playing blackjack, but saw this:

after about 12 seconds of waiting for a connection.  I waited a bit longer and eventually it let me play.

I bet 50 chips, got JK against dealer's 2, stood, and dealer hit 21.

I bet my other 50 chips, got 14 vs. 10, hit, stood at 19, and lost to 20.

Guess I'm just unlucky.

I think the error message pops up whenever it takes more than about 10 seconds to get a connection, and since my Internet connection is kind of crappy, it usually does take that long.

I just played my 3rd 100 chips in two 50 chip hands.  I lost them both again.

This is due to running Bitoin dameon on our server.
It changes the address every deposit. All addresses are valid and lead to the same place.

-  on one of my machines, they games all get stuck, unless I move the mouse
           around. Everytime I move e.g. over a button, the animation jerks forward
           a bit. If I just wait, nothing happens, except the sound still keeps playing.
           This didn't happen on another PC, so it may (or may not) be a local problem.

- finally a suggestion:  If on clicking the "?" button, a terse to-the-point help-popup
           appeared in the game-window, then I think that would be less confusing.
           As it is, it brought forward the main-browser window and opened a tab there.
           A link to the html-page could still appear within the terse help-popup.

When you click on a gold-game (i.e. not fun) but have no chips, the frame that opens will show the

  links: one to continue to fun-game and one going back to deposit in main-window would be much

And one more bug: I encountered it in Fun-Play (currently not logged in), so I don't know
if it will show up in Real games, as well.

It's the Roulette-table from the top-row. I have column, straight(but not 0!), parity and
color bets. Then arrives 0 and the number of chips reported as lost is less than the number
of chips played.

Yeah that shuttering is probably your internet connection. I guess what people should realize it that if you lose internet connection, the game result win or lose is logged into the database as soon as you press play.

I was playing earlier.  I stopped after 116 roulette spins, 2 chips each, all on the 3-36 line.

80 losses, 36 wins, ended up with 84 chips.  (100 - 80*2 + 36*4 = 84)

Just logged back in and have only 82 chips.

Can you see what happened to the other 2 chips?

I'm pretty sure I quit after my 80th loss, with a balance of 84.

It's not a big deal - they're free chips anyway, and worth about 1 cent each, but it's concerning that my balance would change like that.

So what happened?  Do you have logs?  Can you see the numbers I got on the roulette wheel?

My 1st spin in the last 12 hours was 5, and my 116th (and I think final) was 15.  Do you have both of those in your logs?  Is there anything before or after those spins?

Honestly, I think its a little ridiculous you want me to look at thousands of transaction logs just because you "think" you had 84 chips and your account balance shows 82 chips.
I trust my software, and I have plenty of reason to trust it since 2004.

I would say that running a game that puts the odds in favour of the player rather than the casino is a fault, yes.  It's not a fault I dislike, as a player, but it's still a fault, and a reason to be somewhat suspicious of the rest of the code.  It indicates a lack of thorough testing at least.  A simple simulation would have picked up that one of the bets was achieving a negative house edge.

Just so you know. I'm not being a jerk to you. Just so you understand, if I start checking logs for one person, I have to check logs for every single person after that.
And I would then have people making all kind of claims checking logs constantly. I hope you understand and don't take it personal.

There is no error in our software. In 8 years I have had not had a single complaint that problem has ever existed or been reported.

But I promise, our casino can produce a log of any user account activity. It is not possible to subtract a users account without human intervention (i.e. Administrative Controls).
Chip balance are based on Deposits, Withdrawals, + and - game plays. Chip balance are not "cookies" stored in browsers and cannot be removed by closing of the browser or "clearing" of the browser cookie.
Chip balances cannot be tampered with period.

That's fine.  I would hope balances are stored server side, or you're asking for trouble.  :)  I just can't account for those 2 chips that went missing, but it really doesn't matter.

The other 98 have gone missing now too, due to yet another run of bad luck.  I can't believe how badly I do at your casino.  I think that's 6 times now I've cashed in with the 0.1 BTC you sent me, and 6 times I've gone bust relatively quickly.  Even when I play the bet which is slightly in the player's favour, the roulette wheel just seems to be against me.

Yo what the heck, I did a 100bet and got 2 aces and hit split, and this is what it did? It automatically gave me one card and then said I lost.
So I would of got a blackjack, and then I don't know what the other would of been. I'm not sure what to do.

I think what may have happened is you accidentally clicked "Double Down", got a non split hand, and the 200 chips loss is a result of the 3rd card queen of diamonds being dealt which pushed over 21.

I was thinking the same - looks just like he hit 'double down' instead of 'split'.

But there's no way to bust when doubling-down on AA since A is 1 or 11.  AAQ is worth 12, as shown on his screenshot.

I do see on double down you draw max cards on 3rd card dealt so that would explain the loss dealer 17 beats 12.

"double down" is when you get to double your initial bet and then get dealt exactly one more card with no option to get a 4th card.  He got a Q, making a total of 12, which the dealer went on to beat.
