Jakers.. when you have a hand dealt that is able to split it looks like this ..



then it looks like this... see how it splits to the left?







I think what may have happened is you accidentally clicked "Double Down", got a non split hand, and the 200 chips loss is a result of the 3rd card queen of diamonds being dealt which pushed over 21.
This would be the common sense approach on how you got that hand result.

But anyway, keep the 200 chips I credited to your account.
