Is there anything like this which will help me to use Bitcoin in my daily life.Like we have a map on the app or web.It shows people nearby you that are accepting bitcoin and services.Like someone living nearby Mcdonalds, he will add that i will accept bitcoin and let you eat at Mcdonalds(you pay him bitcoins..he gives cash to you).Same as traveling people nearby you add their services that for which things they can accept bitcoin.

Is there anything like this already.

you may try 'haptik' app to ask nearby shops or something else that accepts bitcoin as a payment method. They'll search for you and will tell the details.

That is a great idea I'm sure if they pick this idea developer and application maker will create one for us for bitcoin lovers,we arealy need that this kind of application whether it is a web based or a phone application..

It will greatly benefit the whole bitcoin community and many will be attracted to bitcoin and other crypto currency

I use Bitcoin every day. But I do have one and then you look at it daily.
You look especially at the value and what the future of it. But I do like Bitcoin.

i don't see the point in using bitcoin in real life anymore, hell i'm not even using fiat anymore in real life, everything is online nowadays(minus some foods maybe...), and it fits perfectly with bitcoin

AFAIK there isn't anything that would fit exactly what your looking for but there are few websites that sort of does the trick by showing local shops that accept BTCitcoin and it's shown in the map so you could basically locate them easily. Here are some of them that I know:

The payment processors like Coinbase with their https://www.shiftpayments.com/ makes it so much easier for people to use Bitcoin everywhere. One of these days you

will not have to wait for people to accept Bitcoin, and the payment will be seamless. It is just a pity that we have to go that route for Bitcoin to be accepted everywhere.

This is only available in the US for now, but similar services will take off in other countries and you will be able to spend your bitcoins everywhere. So no APP will be

necessary.  ::)

I use Bitcoin not really in my daily life, but I'm always at the value.
Because I want to know what is naturally happening around me. And then I can see if it is rising.

Well, LBC can be considered like that, I mean I met the guy from whom I buy bitcoins every now and then there and I  know a couple of more traders and say if I wanted to buy something which is not yet available for bitcoins and I was keen on paying it with BTC then they'll buy it for me. I mean it can be used to find out bitcoiners near you. Plus there are some apps that do that, like the one for starbucks.

I am hoping for a day where I will be able to pay with BTC at a local retailer without any middlemen.

I use bitcoin in my daily life, my local grocery store and bakery accepts btc.

Even a travel agent accepts it, but that I never tried yet ;)

Other than purchasing over internet and topping my cell phone i can only buy drink at one of my local coffee shops which is just sad. Having app like one you mention in OP would maybe do some difference. It is shame, i am living in main city of touristic country and there is very few places you can pay with Bitcoin and only one BTM machine.

If there was more acceptance where i live id be happy enough converting my whole wage into bitcoin as long as i could still pay bills etc with it but at this moment in time its not really conveniant for me since literally no where in my area accepts bitcoin. Not yet anyway.

You are quite lucky to have those lots of store accepting bitcoin nearby you. Localbitcoin is not enough to increase bitcoin adoption and i have also met with few guys who like to try using bitcoin so this may be great idea for app creation or atleast webapp. Good idea, i like it.

If you want to know about a map view of places that accept payments in Bitcoins you should try out either 'Coinmap' or 'SpendBitcoins'. You can google them to find out more. Most of them are like a yellow page for Bitcoin having contact information of places accepting Bitcoins and possible nearest Bitcoin ATM's.

You see, that's what wrong with Bitcoin for daily life and actual usage, it's all a novelty but you'll be better off using your debit or credit card, you'll actually save money. It's getting more clear than Bitcoin will never get adopted by the common person and be more of a speculation/trading tool or investment like gold.

in my country,there was many site that provide bitcoin payment,and the main market also have the map of their client,shops and many online store in some town,and i also trade bitcoin to local buyer,someone give me cash,and i gave bitcoin to him.

I do use bitcoin in my daily life.
There is a supermarket near my house that accepts bitcoins.

I think its very smart they accept it, and for my very easy of course.

Yes I do use my bitcoins in the daily life, mostly at one clothing store that is accepting it.
The most stores do not accept it of course, but in the future it will.

Using bitcoin in daily life is not popular these days. The reason is that there is not much of availability for purchase with bitcoin.
Only online market is getting added up regularly. Countable number of shops can be found worldwide which accept bitcoin.

maybe you must wait for several years agian,you can use bitcoin for daily life,buy food with bitcoin,oing nywhere pay with bitcoin,and that all happen when bitcoin eccepted very well by your goverment.

Daily life, like daily necessities and such? I don't think there are shops around to spend bitcoins and buy everyday needs like food and grocery. All I can see are coffee shops accepting bitcoin and whatnot. Other than that, most are online stores accepting bitcoin purchases.

i would be very happy if i will have ability to use bitcoin, but n my country no business or shops are accepting bitcoins, so i only can you then buy something from internet or gamble with tham

Yes, I do I use them for buying clothes and I also buy games for my console with it.

Same here, as in my country I don't find any physical shop that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment, so its only online for me, but it would be great in future if we can use bitcoins for buying basic stuffs.

Sadly i'm using it mostly for online payments as well. But if you think about the size of the online market (that is constantly growing in numbers) it's not
all that strange that local stores still don't accept it. With time it could change for the better, but noone is stopping you from using bitcoin debit cards in the meantime.

Not at a moment, but would love to use in future for buying daily stuffs, at present only using it to convert to fiat and sometimes on gambling, and I hope that there would be many physical shops in future that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment.

That would be in future that I would be using bitcoins on a daily basis, at present I am finding it bit difficult to spend bitcoins in my area, as no one have heard about bitcoins so it is difficult that they would accept payments in bitcoins.

Makes me think of a cyber hobo chain. You are out of money and open a app to see brothers or sisters that will pay for the meal as long as you commit to pay it back down the line. I know it would be exploited to extinction but its a dream.
Some how helping out the poor folks and not having it be so obvious they are broke.

Otherwise groceries and gas are the only things I would use day to day.

Is there any reason to use bitcoin to buy day-to-day items?  Why would you go out of your way to buy bitcoin when you could just buy your groceries, gas, heat, phone bill, and electric power with fiat?  I have yet to see anyone give a good answer to this.

We want that bitcoin should replace fiat, and if we are able to buy basic stuff with bitcoins, that means bitcoin is on mainstream and we don't have to be dependent on fiat, that will prove that bitcoin has become a primary currency.

It will be useful if the stores accepts BTC in every country so that we don't need to convert into regional currency. Is this enabled in all the countries because i see its not aware to most of the people or stores over the countries. Looks like if they accepts the BTC and will provide some discounts.

Very few countries have got the access to use their bitcoin directly in their daily routine. For now I use bitcoin for regular needs by converting to fiat because we can't get the product we need with bitcoin.

I have a wait and see attitude. I would want to watch it for a few years before I would consider using use Bitcoin in daily life. Now daily life only dollar.

You could get the Bitpay visa card and then load the card whenever you need to buy something. It'll work anywhere that accepts visa.

There's Bitpay, there's Xapo, there are probably more options, but there are definitely cards that exist that you could use to spend your Bitcoin in everyday life. The only issue is that a majority of them are debit and there are no bitcoin credit cards that exist to my knowledge, so some users might get stuck there if they don't have large enough incomes or anything.

unfortunately currently only in particular countries people could spend their bitcoin for their daily life but i'm not able to do so in my country and i didn't see any people could did it too but if you still curious want to know and just asking to people among you does they using bitcoin on their daily life or you could find any restaurants accept bitcoin but i must say it's very difficult to find those things

It is good idea to recognize the bitcoins members, it is also helpful for us, because in this way, we use the bitcoins in shops and it is easy way to use the bitcoins, also it is more best for the big investors.

I think it is still really hard to use bitcoin in daily life, it would still take alot of negotiation to convince some shops to accept it.  in Belfast, Ireland i can buy a coffee or a bun and can also get my grass cut for bitcoin but i think that is about it.  :)

I agree with you, it is still very difficult, because I only sell bitcoin months. and I also just get bitcoin every week, the amount is still small practically, so it is very difficult to use bitcoin every day

If you have a BitCoin debit card, you can spend BitCoin everywhere.

I am using it as far as I make purchases and I do this regularly,so it can be said that I use bitcoin daily.I'm sure bitcoin will spread even more if everyone uses it and only spends bitcoin when making trades.

yeah there are even countries that do not have a local exchange for bitcoin? it would be very difficult for users to use bitcoin and exchange them into local currency. bitcoin is not too known this resulted in its difficult to do shopping

There are hardware or mobile wallets wherein you can bring and spend your bitcoins anywhere. There are only a few actual or physical stores who are accepting bitcoin. :)

You can see now that there will be more people that is using Bitcoin as their payment method and more than cash and that is because they also can feel safer on the street because they cant be robbed also and that is nice.
Bitcoin is online money and you also know that the world is becoming more digital so that would be perfect for the currency if it will be more used later.

sorry to say but presently I can only use it for trading purpose only. but in real life still we have no such use. because we have no such shopping mall or other shopping centers where we can use it as a daily life routine.

True, but any electronic devices also have weaknesses and we also have to anticipate negative things happen not to. Indeed this now bitcoin already penetrated into the mobile Software and it is much easier for us to do anything with bitcoin. But if you aren't careful use your phone then it will impact negatively. I hope you have a special phone to receive and send bitcoin (for your safety)

There are some bitcoin wallets that also serves as online shop using bitcoin specially our wallet here in philippines coins ph.We can use to spend it daily

Until now i have seen only maps that shows where bitcoin is allowed and banned but this is only for countries not for cities or anything similar, I think that you should ask directly about which city are you interested in and see if someone else saw anything bitcoin related near there, but i would suggest to keep and hold :)

Some in my area have been able to, as you say. Near my area we could rent a car using bitcoin, then there minimarket stores already accept bitcoin. Probably still rare because bitcoin is still new.

as of now in my country situation only few people are aware of bitcoins,
even in other businesses there are few only accepting bitcoins especially located in civilized place..

Yes there are not many places yet where we can spend our coins and that is a major issue with bitcoin, so using it in daily life is not possible at a moment.

I try not to use Bitcoin in my daily life because I know that I am going to regret it when I could have made some money with them. I like to hold on to them and selling them.

Yeah Brazilians are really lucky people as I think they can buy almost anything with bitcoin, and I feel that other countries should learn something from them and start following the same.

For the beginner,  literally they cannot use Bitcoins immediately in their daily life. It will be very hard for a newbie to adopt the benefits

That's right it's not a big problem if rarely to find offline store can accept bitcoin, we can withdraw it for local currency anytime and everywhere have an internet connection.

I actually want to use bitcoin every day of my life, but as you know, not all places accept bitcoin for now, so I can just use bitcoin on the internet. Well, if it's on the internet I only use bitcoin to pay for internet, other than that I use it for business such as investment and trade, or anything that could make me into a profit, but I hope someday I can use it for my everyday

Thats an excellent idea to enable TC in different services like you mentioned. For that BTC should be still popularize to retail level. As you said MC D or dominos etc their higher level to decide this to implements. If the BTC has strongly legalized.

I beg to disagree, though i admit, in some country there are little to no opportunity to use Bitcoin in their daily lives.  But in some places, where Bitcoin is mostly adopted, they can use them even every seconds of their lives, but i will be focusing on this little opportunity.  In my country, there is one site that offers you to pay your bill with BTC.  Even to load your mobile number in exchange of BTC.  As a prepaid user, well mostly in my country are, they are  loading their mobile number daily.  So with this little opprtunity that this site offer, I can say that Bitcoin can be use in daily life :D

Maybe in other country it exists but here in my country land i doesn't have. Only spend bitcoin in daily life sending money, topping up mobile loads. How i wish that  bitcoin will accept in any malls and supermarket as a payment method. I hope that one of this day it could be happen.

It will surely happen in future but no one has idea that when  exactly it will happen, may be in next 2 to 3 years or after 10  years, it will be fully depend on the interest and adoption level of people.

I have started using bitcoin too in my daily life and it has changed my life a lot.  Now i spend more time online in Bitcoins

I uses bitcoin to buy things I needed for myself for everyday use like foods and groceries even cellphone load.  If I have a big amount of bitcoin I will pay some of our utility bill like water and electricity.  I sometimes pay my special someone credit card.  I was able to do all these because of the services offered by my bitcoin wallet.  I have no knowledge of any application that gives the location of stores that locate stores where bitcoin can be accepted.

No am not able to use bitcoin in daily life, In my country its not that easy to find a shop which accepts bitcoin, in my state i would say no shops accept bitcoin. only way for me is to convert btc to fiat currency and use them, that too i don't do often since i earn a very less bitcoins. i covert btc once or twice in 2 or 3 months through LBC.

In every day life, there is not much I can do with bitcoins.
I can buy them and sell them again on platforms.
And I have bought me some online accounts as well.
But I do not know any store in real life that would accept bitcoin and be in my region.
I hope it will change some day, but until then bitcoin is an investment for me.

The usage of bitcoin is limited digitally, it can be used online on many sites but the development at physical places is almost zero and I think we need to wait for a long time to spend them physically.

Not really, but online I have used bitcoin many times to buy domain and games. But in offline i haven't found any source to use bitcoin. And also I don't want to spend any more bitcoin for buying items. Rather i love to  keep in bitcoin I on hold.

Bitcoin is very good for online purchases as there are many sites that offers tons of discounts if you purchase with bitcoin but the scenario is totally opposite when it comes to spending them offline.

Yeah it's because you do not have something that can make you become more interested in spending the BTC that you use for your desired needs. so, this is the most correct way when your goal is to get a tremendous advantage when the price of the bitcoin be larger than now.

Yes price will go higher in future so best thing to is to save them till it reaches our target price, and if you are in urgent need to money then you can sell some of them an convert to fiat.

Yeah and the problem with bitcoin debit card is that fees are too high and not affordable so there is no point in using them, so I still feel that using fiat for shopping is more convenient.

If you are using Bitcoin as an investment then it would not be a good thing to be using them everyday especially if you want to spend them.
Bitcoin helps me to make and save money at the same time so spending is not a option for me.

If you can use 90% of the bitcoin as an investment and use 10% of the bitcoin in some transactions, that will be a good balance.

About 2 years ago lots of places looked to be adapting and adding bitcoin as a payment feature around my neck of the woods.
Slowly it looks like things dried up a little on the day to day use as more people are either into trading with it or holding long term.
Seems to be a few other quicker choices for purchasing as well that make using bitcoin day to day outside the internet a bit of a hassle.

There is not enough knowledge about bitcoin out there for the companies to determine that they will not loose money if they accept bitcoin.  Once we educate more people about what bitcoin can be used for, we will be better off to use it in every day life to pay for the simplest things, such as gas or ice cream!

Good for you that you meet people who accept bitcoin. In my country there is no such thing, I guess. And yet it would've been great if there was, because it is not very convenient to exchange Bitcoin with local currency each time. By the way, this exchange thing is also quite a difficult process, because not many people need Bitcoin here.

There's this one website that will allow you to spend bitcoin in daily life. cryptopay.me is a website that will allow you to convert bitcoin into fiat easily via atm since you'll buy a credit card in their site and that credit card's balance is bitcoin. It is sometimes hard to use though but its ok since it does it job just right. The only hassle in the process for me is the offline credit card buying process.

I do not make use of Bitcoin daily because I am not even spending them, the only thing that I am doing is keep check on them and try to make more.
Maybe in the future I will spend some but now is not the right time to do so.

Spending bitcoin is right now not that much hard for me, as we are having enough merchants who are accepting bitcoin in my area. Now a days, I am choosing the merchants who will be providing discounts for bitcoin payments. Its not possible yet in Finland, you must exchange it on euros.

You cannot pay example pizza, kebab or food orders on bitcoins.

Some bitcoin exchange services, it is problematic that the minimum withdrawal limit of € 10 or $ 10 as a deposit if there something ...?  :-X

I think you could use bitcoin once in a while in the real world but in order to use it daily then adoption of bitcoin will need to skyrocket and I do not think that we are at that point yet.

Adoption is increasing slowly but its not as per our expectations and it will take long time for people to identify it and start using it as to use them we also need physical places that will accept bitcoins as a payment method.

Yes I sometimes use the bitcoin as a currency but I must say that I do not do this often because of the fact its not something that is used by stores in my area  a lot.

Same here  im able to use or spend my bitcoins  on  reloading  my mobile  phone and  other services like  paying bills on it and even i could  buy  game credits with it. Which is  a very  big convenience for us bitcoin holders.  In some  countries  it not  available yet but soon  it would be  there as  we know  bitcoin adoption is increasing.

sadly in my country bitcoin doesn't get anny attention except some random people using some random faucet to claim some dust.

In your country at least you use Bitcoin in online purchasing. In my country, that is also not possible. First of all, no one knows what Bitcoin is. In my friend circle including office and family, no one knows what Bitcoin is. I am only teaching them. Well you could just go around searching for places that accept Bitcoin around where you live. For me there is practically no shops that accept Bitcoin, so I just use a Bitcoin debit card and that makes life a lot easier.

I use my bitcoins for daily gambling, and it`s the only way I can use my coins in daily life. There is no close shops, or stores that accept bitcoin, and I don`t think there will be in some near future.

Not any you but many users like me and you didint have the liberty to use bitcoins directly in their local shops but still bitcoin can be used directly online in sites like purse.io where we can buy almost any thing plus they offer some discounts as well so i have used my bitcoins there.

Debit card is a better choice to use bitcoin in our real life and in that xapo is a pure way to use bitcoins as in xapo we do not need to load and to convert in card fiat but we use bitcoins directly from our wallet. Bitcoin isn't that usable every day at all. I get paid in Bitcoins for the services that I offer to various people but I don't spend Bitcoin as much as I use fiat in my daily life. Maybe one day we will come to the point that every transaction is digital. At that time, there will be transparency to every transaction. We can't hide anything from the people. Supermarkets don't need different method to accept bitcoin debit card, if they have POS terminal then you can easily use bitcoin debit card for shopping and it is applicable in all countries.

In my place there is no any shop where bitcoin is accepted but here in my places there are some people who can exchange my bitcoins with fiat so when I need fiat I go to exchange with them.

Yes, spending Bitcoin in offline stores is a problem with bitcoin.  It has been the issue with bitcoin for years now. And yet it hasn't been resolved.  In addition to that is the confirmation if some store adopts Bitcoin as a mode of payment.  Just imagine the scenario of a depart store accepting bitcoins and waiting for the 1st confirmation before they considered the goods as paid. Im paying my host, domains, and developer to make mine project its taking a bit time to be over but its better to test all the project and fix any possible issue before open and close because a bug or problem, i dont own a big ammount of bitcoin soo what i earn is being spent into the project.

You can easily use something like a Bitcoin debit crad or whatever to substitute for a normal payment system that doesn't use Bitcoin, for example Xapo has their own Bitcoin debit card that just uses the Visa network, and thus any store that accepts Visa card will also accept that debit card.

Well for people who view Bitcoin as an investment there is no real reason to use it over fiat, the idea would be to either hold long term or trade. Well it is the same as exchanging it to cash first. It is the same money and you did something for bitcoin just by exchanging it. A good circulation is much needed now considering the movement is getting slower.

bitcoin use in their daily lives is something that is very helpful. we can conduct transactions at home and wherever we are. with bitcoin we can save time and also get more money.

I don't think we can get more money using bitcoin in our daily lives, it is just we are spending our bitcoins then the benefits that we can get is the to save from the big transaction fee when using others and the transaction is fast and anonymous.

but beside that bitcoin give us so many facilities as you can easily go for online trading, it enable you to pay your bills. it also make easy to do transaction of money from one place to another, you can even use it for shopping in your local shops if they ready to accept bitcoins from you.

The only we can spend bitcoins in daily life for shopping is by converting them to local currency as there are no offline stores at a moment that accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment.

But then that means that you cannot actually use bitcoin in your daily life, even if you wanted to, because adoption has not reached that point yet in the place that you live.

I use my bitcoins like this as well. Not in daily life but I buy something expensive when I needed it.

Totally valid points. If you choose to do it, bitcoin really can be used in daily life. This proves that it's absolutely doable to have a virtual currency and how it can benefit society in so many ways. This will definitely lead into a fully digital future.

I do not use the bitcoin in my daily life because  of the fact there are no real stores in my nearby area so I cannot spend it too. I think when this comes I will spent it more for sure and maybe even daily.

It is very difficult to use BTC for daily payments.
