if you do not want to take risks , you can use it for trading as in yobit , bittrex etc.Trading also made btc us a fast growing.

There are twitter campaigns here, and also sometimes a short time deals for tweets/retweets can be found, but i'm afraid it will be hard to find
one to join in, because they both get filled up within minutes, and require strict crypto related twitter profile with high count of followers in order to get paid a worthwile sum.

Just a waste of time. Building faucets nowadays is not profitable. Use his twitter in a campaign is much better. Then while doing that, work for signature campaign.

i think that newbie account can't allowed for enrolling twitter campaign but if you have real followers in your twitter i suggest you joined affiliate program and promote a website who give you commissions for affiliate service
