You can earn bitcoin with twitter by participating twitter campaigns in here, bitcointalk service section.
Let me give you a better idea. With fiver.com to earn money from twitter account. Post a gig and wait for some orders. You can earn 5$ per twitter post via fiver.

Looks like they are the same answer but i have other source in twitter even don't need a twitter campaign but you need more time for this.
You need a faucet referrals or a rotator with your referrals and promote it via twitter or try PPD site that pays bitcoin and promote it in twitter campaign minimum withdrawal i think is 5 usd worth of bitcoin..

On services section there are some campaigns where you get paid for tweeting their products and services,or you can run your own services by offering to tweet to your followers,but your followers are still small to be able to get paid more..
And about your 0.07 btc you can lend it to trustworthy members on lending section be sure to read the entire rules..

Twitter campaigns seems to be good, it makes them much connected to the social sites. Mostly people who were much into social network activities were given preference rather than a normal user. Twitter campaign joiners need large number of followers, which will help in promoting easily.
