Unfed Currency was launched on 6th of March 2016 and is an open-source project oriented to peoples that believe on the echonomic value of a fast, stable and anonymous currency totally decentralized from traditional system. Born to have his own planned life cycle and based on the Blockchain technology, Unfed Currency does not aspire to be an alternative to bitcoin
Main target of the project is to attract more users and become a common tool for easy, secure and fast payments over the web, aspiring to create a stable and global peer-to-peer network of users that use Unfed as a solid payment gateway with very low-cost transactions.

After the phase of launch and getting listed on the first exchange, we have set developing target that will be hit in evolving stages, but first steps was made contestually to the launch. We released wallets for all OS and launched a mining pool for early miners, some days later a block explorer was available.
We are focusing on some improvements regarding any aspect of the development of a currency as payment gateway, every target listed beyond have his own plan, and we aim to explain with more details in future.

Main targets for First Year

Improvement for wallets

· Cleaning code actions that will correct some small bugs
· Emprovement on UI & graphics for a better user experience
· Integration of network analisys tool that users can enable/disable
· Integration with block explorer and funds monitoring tools
· Release of an user-friendly web wallet
· Release of a mobile app with wallet for IOS and Android for instant payments

Website development:

· Online store where we will sell our merchandising accepting Unfed as currency
· Online PoS section with differents rewards systems
· Internal UNF/BTC conversion tool

Partnership
· Partnership with a digital electronic music label: you will download MP3 and other digital contents released by the label and pay with Unfed.
· Partenrship with an italian startup for a project that will be launched on 2017 (more details will follow), focused on delivering tweets on the moon surface (we cannot anticipate more)
· Other major partenrship with content providers that can accept Unfed as currency for micropayment.

At the moment thats are main targets for Unfed, but being a small team we know that we have to put a lots of effort and work to accomplish to our mission.
Our project have a long-term vision, as Unfed will complete money supply in 5 years, we hope to bring you a very usefull and valuable tool for sending and receive money in a very easy way. We are also looking to people's that want to contribute helping us to improve the project.

No need to compile the form, just hit "start mining", or go to Help/Debug/Console and type "setgenerate true" and nr of threads and you're done!

Really bad comparisons.

Burger King has been around for 62 years and didn't clone anyone.  

Nike is the world's biggest manufacturer of athletic clothing and footwear.  They have billions in annual sales.

This coin is nothing more than a clone without any innovation.  You are succeeding at one of your core goals which as you stated was making errors.  You are likely to fail at another one which as you also stated was to learn.  You want suggestions for your coin?  How about you clowns have a plan in place when you launch these shit coins?  Instamining, paying .1 btc to list on yobit, and then dumping whatever you can is not a plan.  

Who gives a rats ass?  It's a scrypt coin 12GH is nothing.  It's amazing that it's getting even that.  Why do people waste time with these coins being pumped out by the same people over and over?

Then all that cloned a coin from Bit/Lite/X coin are wrong?

I'm not as stupid to compare my coin with Nike, was just an example and i can continue with every product in your everyday life.

You can't even be bothered to make a simple block explorer.  Took less than half an hour and you can host it on a VPS for $5 a month.  If you can't be bothered with that simple task then you have no plans to do anything but wait for this shit to get on yobit or some other crappy exchange and slowly sell off as much of this shitcoin as you can to any fool dumb enough to buy it.   

 

After a long day of hard work of research, contacts and PR, i recognize that still a lots of it have to be done.

How to minning via windows wallet (solo mining)  ???
I has open console > setgenerate true , but its not working

Obviously mining via wallet depends on how much power you have, maybe you can try inputting setgenerate command specifying the number of threads [setgenerate true 4]
with 4 (or what you want) = nr of threads.
Our thoughts was different at the early stage, but looking at the actual difficulty and how things are going, isn't easy to find blocks through wallet.
If you want some Unfed you have to ways: mining referring to the official pool, or buying some at Yobit until is cheap.

Unless you have an existing mining rig, you will not be able to CPU or GPU mine this coin.  The difficulty is already out of range of those type of miners.

Cheaper to buy it on YObit at the moment.

The Blockchain appears to be stuck at 7025...

Any ideas, or am I just nervous?

Sorry to read this, probably is dead for you but not for us!
As we said in previous posts (and last 4 posts are from Unfed dev's so we are still here and we didn't dumped any coin) we are working day by day to improve the coin and add new features, launch the website, close the deal with new exchanges and boost the brand with some PR and marketing operations.
The coin have only 10 days and fortunately, we think that the best is yet to come,but to do this we need the support of the community, not people's that dump coins at first small peak of price.
If the coin haven't reached an high volume on Yobit or the price didn't increase it's not dev's fault, probably people's want more P&D shit coins for fast gain...

I agree with you, Dev seems to have very good ideas, the altcoin world is now very complex, there are a lot of people who only worry about dump, other have been scamed in the past and now dont trust in no one, i think the only way is work daily in the project and show people it is a valuable project, please dev dont feel discouraged and think in it like a long run project.

I know how hard is to stand up in cryptocoin world of today due to high scams or coins that didn't works.....
Unfed probably is too simple, algo is nothing new but i'm happy that a part of community is starting to focus interest on the coin and starting to recognizing my good faith or liking planned improvements...unfortunately i have a daily job and i can't always be here...sorry for this!

Without community nothing can be build, neither other exchanges can accept us without support...thats the key and thats what i want to do first!
It's not my interest to drive the coin to dead not interest in dump coins or gain & run away, that's my first project and i want to succeed!

Dont worry about that, you have to think now is the inflationary phase of the coin, difficulty is relatively low and people sell whatever the price is, 600 coins per block is quite high in fact is better they sell now to so low prices it allow us to withdraw monetary supply of the market, the price will go up when the halvings happen and of course adding features of your nice roadmap, please dont think now in the price, it will go up if you simply work in the project, and let us know how can we help you

Shame... looks like you got a good roadmap but this coin will get destroyed by mining farms. I suggest multi-algo or else. No new scrypt can survive anymore... unless you do merge mine... but value will be low.

We know what can happen if big miners point on coins with "low" diff, but as i said for now we are focused on other development plans, Unfed wa born to be PoW and changing algo wasn't planned at the start (otherwise we already staerted with mutli).

Don't understand why so many people are mining this. Unless you get free electricity it is cheaper to just buy on exchange. I looked at putting my 110 m/h A2 on it but i can buy it cheaper than mining.
Don't get me wrong here, not fudding, i have bought plenty. Just don't see the sense in mining when i can buy it cheaper.

When i designed coin emission probably i've underestimated effects of that large coin supply at early stage then at actual reward of 600 Unfed per block the price didn't go up easier.

A month from the launch is passed and i want to say thanks to everybody that still believe in Unfed and send me nice msgs about the fact that i'm still here working for develop and have care of the coin.
I want to confirm again that this is not a pump and dump coin, was not born or intended to turn as scam and will not abandoned to his dead, i will continue to work to give you my best effort on pushing coin where deserve.
Some updates:
- Nodes: At the moment we haven't notice of connection or sync problems for wallet, everything is working fine and after a month from the coin  launch the network is happily hashing and producing coins. The main node is the one reported on OP
and in case of change or problems i will update here.

Update on exchange site: as result of our work Yobit was just the first step, after tìhis we was able to get Unfed listed also on Safecex, another exchange but that's was not our main goal, as Safecex is still too small for change destiny of the coin and give the right focus to the project.

- Paid: the price to be (almost) sure to get listed is 3BTC, and depends if you respect all parameters requested from BTRX, or is supported by proof-of-identity for devs (and we have no problems on this).

Now we don't want to judge/discuss here if is good or not the equation PAY > GET LISTED, but for sure in our fair,open-source and decentralized vision thats not fair, because you can have 3 BTC and list a scamshitcoin or have a good project but not enough funds and nobody will take care of this because BTRX say: NO!
We can't afford to pay 3BTC to join Bittrex and we are not ashamed to admit it, but as we still believe that the project is good we still continue to push for reach the place where we deserve to be, and if we reach the 3BTC that's will be the first investment we will do!

Mining diff is now way too high for the amount of Hash mining it to find any blocks. I am gunna leave my miner on there for a while longer but i ain't a charity and don't get free elec. Need more miners, or lower diff, to find blacks.

Price back down to 60. Only 1 BTC of trades. Not enough to sustain a continued price rise or new floor.

Yesterday we had a talk with managers of one of best BTC/ALT exchange and they confirmed that Unfed Currency project is under the radar, as lots of peoples are showing nterest and the coin is performing great with small but stable increase day by day!
Yesterday growth in price and marketcap was positive for the coin, but we are trading with still low volumes, that's the reason why we are pushing to get listed on other places!
We are working to sort out what's the best solution to speed up the process and as usual we keep you posted about our next moves

Well i am pulling my hash from Mining Dutch, 110 M/h, as we are getting no blocks. It takes 80 confirms to get paid, 120 on other mining pool, it is likely gunna be a few weeks before the coins i and others have unconfirmed will be confirmed. If diff goes down i will try again but for now there are other, more profitable, coins to mine.

I'm happy that we have stable price growing. Yesterday i have sended submit request to add UNF to vote list at c-cex - https://c-cex.com/?id=vote. Maybe others need to do this also

So after a few days of hacking about, I got my solo mining working on UNF. Not terribly fast at the moment, just using the one 750 Ti currently whilst I rebuild the old rig. Trying to remember how one does all this stuff because it's been a while :) Presumably I look for the 'accepted' in the log when I find a block as not found anything as yet (Edit - the point being, if the difficulty is high now for solo, that's the reason why I've not found anything after a little over a day).

We all know that Bittrex don't add coins unless there is progress to back up the coin and i see no progress here. In fact we don't even see you that often. so i think i will pass on your attempt to artificially hike the price so you can dump more of the pre-mine.

Just to clear how things are:
Deal with Bittrex was discussed around 7th of April with the staff, and here is an exctract of mails with Richie from Bittrex that can confirm this!

After mails we had some days thinking on what to do until 12 April when we decided to close the deal with Bittrex.
After this we had other days thinking about our decision, and we are still keeping decision if accept their request as we should pay a part of this 3BTC fee to get in, with the risk of get de-listed due to low volume (as you should know that if you have a certain volume you will be delisted and 3 BTC goes to the toilet)

Then, due the volume level in all exchanges where we are already listed, due that our funding campaign collect near zero sat as nobody of you here sent neither the minimum 1 sat to help us to pay the fee and get listed on Bittrex, due the first halving and some coin developings still have to come, we decided to put in standby the apply and wait some news for the payment of 3 BTC.
Change mind is a crime? Think no, also because nobody here dumped any single coin and all of you have still your value in hands.
Maybe someone here is disappointed because was just waiting our Bittrex landing for sell/dump his coin here, but unfortunately if someone want to do this, you still have to wait. If you don't like how i manage the coin development you are free to sell your coin (as coin still have an higher price that early days) and leave the project.

I bought the coin. Todays high price 195 that was me... Based on your statement that it was going to bittrex. Slack is good for one on one contact, but this is where you put your ANN and this is where you need to update it as often as possible even just hello.

Dev, i believe in you! Don't give up! When i began to research UNF to invest i didn't take in calculation future bittrex or Polo adding - i saw, that Unfed have good weekly volume for Yobit. So this is one of most important part of good stable growth and next awakening an interest from Yobit traders . I have a deep conviction that UNF was made not for premine dumping. just concentrate on improving project

Only saying it as i see it. Dev said he was paying for it to be listed, I'm happy with that, then Bittrex say they have never had contact with him regarding this matter. Who would you believe ?

I was only trying to warn people what was going on. You should thank me for that much at least. Continuing to support the coin is your choice. If i see any coin that seem to be trying to con their followers i will say so. After that the choice is yours..

We are interrupting our operations for some time.

We are having issues with our server provider. Servers are constantly crashing and we spent the last two weeks rebooting and fixing wallets. So we'll take some time (a few weeks maybe) to find a new host and redeploy.

In the meantime, you can withdraw your coins. Your withdraws may take up to 24 hours to process but they will all be processed. We havent lost any coin, we just cant run all wallets at once. If you dont withdraw, your coins will still be available when we reopen.

The scammer probably emailed him, as the coin dev, to see if he wanted to pay for listing on Bittrex. Looks like a few people have fallen prey to this.

To be absolutely clear, we have not talked to the dev.  That email screenshots show some random email address.  We will never contact devs or anyone outside of our support system at zendesk or our @bittrex.com email addresses.

Just to be clear, i had a walkthrough on what happened during our apply request: is clear that i never talked with the real Bittrex and that a scammer attempted to convince me to send money.
I want to confirm that i avoided scam and i never paid nobody (just for pure lucky)
Later i will post a detailed version of story with mails and screenshot, in order to inform other devs and prevent this form of scam.
Hope that my good faith is clear now ;)

As i always said, i'm alone developing the coin, than is not easy as i have also my real job/life....but this story is the proved proof that i'm not here to dump coin or scam nobody....i'm only a passionate cryptoguy that launched his own coin with a roadmap in mind and the idea of a strong community supporting the coin.

The past 6th of April, Yobit decided to open the trading for a sort of IOU Lisk...sincerely an exchange that is respectful should avoid this kind of unfair moves, because are not good for the world of crypto and i was really disappointed of this.
My thoughts was that Unfed and his community deserve a better place than this where to be traded, then talking with Bill from Bittrex (the true Bill) in the Bittrex Slack Chatroom i send this and he replied:

Attention: this message was sent at 11:09 PM of the 6th of April
After five/ten minutes from this message, i had a mail from an address Goliony Monerto <bittrex-richie@mail.com> (that probably i naively didn't find strange, but if you want to put as your mail name "Donald Duck" isn't my problem) and you can read by yourself the content:

As you can see, is clear that the scammer read my message in official Slack Bittrex chat with the real Bill, and hooked up me via mail claiming that he know about my request, he discussed with Bittrex staff about the request etc etc, and pushed a lot with the attractive to get listed in 20 minutes.

Sincerely when i got the email i was really excited thinking that was the real Bittrex, that in 20 minutes we could be listed here and if i had the money in hands probably i've falled on scam sending him BTC because the desire of land on Bittrex was too big for letting the time pass and maybe loose this possibilities.

Fortunately (as you can read and i'm not ashamed of this) i was out of fund and i had a small amount of money for pay 1 BTC as part of the apply requested , then he refused (trying to convince me on putting more money).

After some time, seeing that i didn't answered acceptong his deal, i received another mail from the scammer where he lowered the request to 0,75BTC, but i refused also this request for same reason...in the meantime i was in touch on Slack private chat with the real Ryan from Bittrex due my original ticket request sent to him days ago....the scammer, when read that i was in touch with real Bittrex had the feeling of loosing the possibilities of close the scam (because if i only talked with Ryan about mail, ryan said to me that nobody was in touch with me via mail), then changed strategy writing that also a payment in Unfed of 3 BTC worth was accepted without problems....

At this point i was really surprised that Bittrex didn't know that i haven't 3BTC worth of Unfed, because when you send the apply you have to make a detailed report about how much is the premine and how this is going to be invested/deposited/spent, and is not a mistery that premine for Unfed was 1.675.000
Then, if only you FakeRichie had a read on my apply you should know that your request is impossible to accept, how did you don't know this??

After this mail nobody contacted me again, i had some days thinking on how to do, in the meantime i got some BTC from another investment ten i decided to send money to Bittrex, knowing that the requested time from sending money was only 20 minutes, i decided to pay the deal on Friday (yesterday) as to be listed on Saturday.
In the meantime i had a chat with a great member of Unfed community in Slack, mr Bhokor, a very nice guy with i'm collaborating for some developings, that suggested me to reflect on this and not to be hurry, as if i pay 3 BTC and the coin didn't have the right amount of volume, the coin will be delisted soon and the 3 BTc goes to the toilet.
My god, thats was true...the coin had a max volume on Yobit of less than 1 BTC...can the coin have the good amount of volume to survive on Bittrex?
The decision to send money for the apply was delayed, landing on Bittrex before saturday was cancelled, and someone started to post on Twitter that Unfed dev is a liar, and that he posted the statement of Bittrex just to make the price increase and dump his premine (how to say differently, seeing the story from a perspective) and thats was the lucky strike.

Now i dont want to go over on this, i let to all of you to make your considerations on this tory.

I see very good perspectives in this coin only through the activity of traders, not the pump. I has twice received the profits from sales.

I stopped mining it a while ago. Diff too high and price too low. I don't get free electricity, like some, so i need to cover my costs at least.

Would be nice to see some progress, if the price rises so does the hash rate. Since the Bittrex fiasco there has been little to no communication. As a consequence the hash rate and price drops.

The good thing about Yobit is there seems to be a big pump group going their work there. Even if the dev has bailed and price is falling, just set some high sells and forget about it. You never know they might pick this coin in the future. They seem to like dead abandoned coins so it has a chance  :P

Like I said. There is at least 1 pump group, maybe more, that seem to be pumping dead coins on Yobit. They like dead coins because as they pump you cannot send coins from wallet to exchange. Move your coins to Yobit, put them at silly high price and forget about them. You might just wake up one morning to a nice surprise.

another SCAM DEV. Made his crappy 3 BTC with the pre mine and left. These people have no development skills, they just create a basic coin and run it until they can dump. If they had any development skills whatsoever they could make much more money by developing the coin and increasing the price as they go along.

Coin is dead, as far as development goes. Hold your coins, in the hope of a pump group pumping it, or sell and move on to the next coin. It will not rise through development and PR unless the dev gets his thumb out of his ass and starts working on it. Which i doubt.

I think we can say this coin is officially DEAD !!

As i said in past, i was in touch with the Dev and some days ago he was online on slack and we had a chat....he confirmed that the project is over, as he lost faith after the attempted scam.
He explained also that he don't like the way that new coin projects are evaluated from exchanges: if you pay you are in, if not you are off.....and this mechanism let scammer look around for Dev's that want to pay money to be listed....If exchanges didn't ask money to Dev's, this kind of scams didn't exist.
Not only, this mechanism let win only coins devs that are money (lots) to invest....so if you have money you win, if you have ideas you lost...

I said: why you don't go back on the forum for at least one last time and explain by yourself to people's that are waiting for a sign? And he said: i never had support by nobody on the forum, Unfed holders was only adopters that looked to had a fast gain,but really no liked the coin project..nobody supported me sending any satoshi when needed, first/during/after the develeoping project, then for me the experience is over,and i'm sorry with all those that are baghoding a dead coin...i wish that they can get back from investment.

Can you please upload blockchain database somewhere or give your node's ip address. I'm trying to restore original blockchain. Made some fixes in source code to compile and run on modern debian, but can't test because ip of dev's node is offline.
