Title: Yobit Support
Post by: squatz1 on May 22, 2016, 11:24:58 PM
I recently emailed Yobit Support with no response, I have continued to send about 1 email a week, claiming the similar thing, with no response. Anybody else finding it difficult so contact them?

Yobit support is really just like that since then.

From signature campaign queries, withdrawal problems etc. I used to have the same experience before and even also heard lot of complains about slow response from others as well.

no other ways mate but if you can also address your problem to their own thread here you might got some ideas on how to resolved your issue sorry mate but it is how yobit deal with this.

They respond to me well after the issue is dealt with, usually 3-4 weeks later.
This is common and one of the reasons they have lots of complaints on the forum.
Not sure why they do not hire more folks to deal with the issue,it would improve things for every one.

Very common, hope that answers your question.

yobit support is a f*cking long time to get response, sometimes you need more than 1month to get reply.

Its less of a question and more of a personal issue, my authenticator app info got deleted and so i cannot sign into my obit account because of 2fa security. So i am stuck out  ??? so i need them to deactivate the 2fa on my account so i can access it. Very frustrating.

May sound crazy but give this guy a personal message,he seems to be more active due to accusation threads against Yobit but he might reply quicker and point you in the right direction. Worth a shot.

Or try the trollbox, but I do not know if that will get any where, not sure how helpful they can be as chat mods.

You are not alone, I & many others are having problems with Yobit. They appear to be accepting deposits from users from many different coins then taking the wallets offline for no reason & keeping the coins. Withdrawals are also not appearing in users wallets.

Any attempt to get support either via their support (?) ticket system or via their account here on BCT are ignored.

Forget it - YoBit are scamming the community.

Check out their scam thead:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1461913.20

I recommend everyone remove their funds immediately & leave appropriate feedback on their trust profile here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=406594

You can also remove them from your trust rating by adding:

Code:
~YoBit

to your default trust box in settings. This will help ensure others don't get scammed/insulted by them.

Good luck.

Quoted for truth & posterity:

9 @ 1.25

YoBit - it's shocking & disgusting that you have no problem logging on to bid for advertising space here while continuing to ignore questions from your disgruntled customers both on BCT & on your site via support(?) tickets. Many, including myself, have had their deposits/withdrawals go missing & as you are ignoring your customers requests for help & support, it can only be assumed that you are using the stolen customer funds to pay for advertising here.

How about you start answering your customers concerns & provide support & explanations to them as to where their missing funds are going:

YoBit scam thread (1 of many):  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1461913.20
YoBit (lack of) support thread:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1481722.msg14933996#msg14933996
Official YoBit thread:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.1300

It's sad & pathetic that your customers have to chase you around the forums in an effort to get answers - but if that's the only way to get a reply from YoBit, so be it.

@BCT: YoBit payments should be considered stolen goods - please refuse any further bids from YoBit until they return their customers missing funds.

Thank you.

I've experienced the same issue when I ask them something about signature campaign. they are always ignore questions about bitcointalk signature issue. like payment botton not working, account banned by moderator.
but when I submitted about yobit's other feature I got my ans very quick. so they are apparently ignoring bitcointalk users.

this is the problem that anybody who uses YOBIT ever, will face. they are a bad service and you should face it. they don't even check their forum announcement or even their signature topic. they just care about adding new coins to their bad service to get some fee out of the trades.

From what I heard, Yobit has probably the worst support ever in the cryptocurrency world. And with them trading Lisk IOUs to get some profit it only confirms to me they only care about money and nothing else,, that's why they hired the cheapest people for their support hence the bad performance.

Contacting yobit support it takes 3 to 5 days and sometimes in a week. honestly yobit is the worst support but they are still legit..
And maybe only the owner of the site is running this trading site thats why yobit cant support all..

I have contacted them 1 time and it took them 2 weeks to respond without giving me a real answer. So it was time for me to ignore them and move my coins away. Why would anyone with bitcoins store them on an exchange which needs 2 week to give a general answer?

My guess is that they have time to promote altcoin ico's with their many newsletter, but don't have time for customers. In that regard they are no better then Bitmain.

Indeed. A few weeks ago i sent them an ticket (about a lost deposit). After 2 reminders (at least 3 days between in  each reminder) they dare to reply. What kind of service is that?
Even a small exchange like c-cex got better support.

I just want to share my own experience about yobit support, it is the shittest support you can ever had bringing issue for at least 4 days before got some positive feedbacks regarding to my coins I was able to get my coins but the value of it cuts to half and after that experience I'm not trading or dealing with yobit anymore.

I'm not even going to address the fact that the Yovi wallet has been intentional crippled, following the listing of YOVI/BTC on a separate exchange. How am I to stake, if my coins are trapped on the exchange? Also, yobit codes can not be generated on said asset at the moment.

They have really poor support actually i think they have small team of support staffs thats why there are delay in responses. They should put more support staffs as they have earned 100s of bitcoin recently with selling lisk IOU and currently WAVES IOU.  ;D

I found out that they are rather selective in tickets they reply.
For them 'annoying' questions can take up to a week before answered (in my case 3 weeks). If they 'like' your question or if it is easy to answer you can expect an answer within a few business days..

Correct, they tend to ignore important tickets like withdrawal or deposit issues. Which keep on stacking up. At one moment I had 4 tickets on 4 different coins open.
That's when I decided to leave Yobit.

Their support is kinda slow it takes you many weeks so you will get their answer maybe they would hire people for answering the problem of their  so the problem of their site user can be solved easily, but in this state yobit still dont get the right support maybe he works alone who Knows.

that's right.  yobit costumer support ignoring shit tickets and question, recently my yobit account got frozed in yobit . and I submit a ticket about my frozen account , and they resolve my problem within few minutes,. so yobit customs are only active for some reasonable issues, not for blocking signature campaigns.

I agree with that they will online in furom for just serious inquires just like having problem with balance in sig and alt coin announcements,  but really their support team is really slow and i see many claims thay they lose their alt coin and yobit support reply them in 3 days or even 1 week thats  many days of waiting if you got serious problem regarding to your coin deposit or withdrawal.

This is actually the problem to most giant companies. Of course, the bigger the company, the more inquiries they receive from people and that's the price they pay for being big. It's not really entirely their fault that there's so many questions they receive.

Usually i would tell you to post in their official thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=914975.0 and to send PM to yobit here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594 but as i can see their community manager has been offline since august 11. Try with new support ticket but only thing you can do is to wait, unfortunately. We can't do much here.

Don't pay them to list your coins, they will take weeks to even respond you and if there will be any further upgrade with your coin they will just put your wallet in maintenance mode and will not contact you to make update on your coin's wallet.

Its better to pay little higher to get listed on livecoin.

Yobit have one od the worst supports, and that is not from yesterday. Since they started to work they have many accusations for irresponsible behavior. I had couple problem's with them and they stayed unsolved, I'm not using their service for almost a year and they still didn't answer me on few tickets, what can I say more. That's why I changed them, now I'm on poloniex.
Wrote them more and hope for the best. Nobody here can't help you with yobit, you had a chance to search more about yobit before you give them your bitcoins, now only thing you can do is to bother them everyday day about it, that is what would I do if I gave them 2000$. I'm not sure do they have active account here, but wrote them everywhere you can and hopefully they will give you an answer.

Contact Yobit through the forum by sending him a PM -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594
Or send Yobit a PM through Twitter -> https://twitter.com/YobitExchange

It seems that the support staff isn't at all capable of providing solutions, which might explain why it takes insanely long for problems to be solved. That gives me the impression that there is only one entity being able to solve problems, and that's the operator himself. All other staff members can only provide people with support in form of advice - they don't have any authorative positions there. It's an experimental exchange that has grown far too big throughout the years, and that definitely shows - there is no intention to hire professional staff.

Because the site does not send me the activation code for the email
Is the site at its end or what even support does not respond
Yobit has always had a shitty support desk, so that shouldn't really surprise you. It's however very strange that you don't receive their codes in your mail box. Are you sure you haven't changed your email?

Another thing that can happen is that your account has been taken over if you don't have 2FA through Google authenticator enabled. Mail codes are simply not secure enough and in this time completely obsolete and unsafe.

Above is assuming you have had an account already. In case you just signed up and can't get your account activated due to missing activation codes, it may turn out that you registered an email address containing a typo. In that case just create a new account.

The problem is that I do not receive any help from the site
Just the same thing been asked above. You do have already an account in the site? Or you are just making a new one? Since you didn't mention regarding if its an old or new account. But I remember that you do really need those codes being send on the email you have registered on before you can able to logged in on the account. This is indeed an old account and I did experience this which codes haven't sent in the email. Just to logged later on because there are times which codes doesn't even received.

Issue on Yobit.

The wallet of the coin RISE is since begin of December 2017 in maintenance mode.
I created a ticket, asking when the RISE wallet is accessible again for withdrawal - no response.

- Does somebody has similar experience?
- Does sombody know why this wallet is in maintenance mode on yobit?

You are not the only one who do experience wallet maintenance troubles but there are lots this is why I don't really suggest this exchange specially into those coin owners.

That maintenance thing do often happen on yobit  which isn't surprising.Sometimes it doesn't took so long but there are instances that maintenance do took ages. All you need is to wait since their support wont answer you no matter how long you would wait up for their reply.

Greetings,
This is unacceptable, its not just about amount or money involved. Its about business ethics and delivering the products and service as promised. This is unethical and a sort of embezzlement. This act of cheating and preying on someone else's money should be made public and prohibition of such devious service provider should be done.

We don't know how many of us have been cheated and how many would be cheated in future if we do not take today.
I say lets join hands and together fight back to get back whats rightfully belongs to us and make others aware for not using YOBIT in future.

Don't you think that Yobit as an organization should be responsible enough to at least reply on a ticket raised.
I am more worried because, after I have the successful transaction, Yobit is neither reflecting it in my wallet neither replying . I wonder home many unsatisfied customer it would have like me .

Today I found my BTC wallet at Yobit to be empty all the sudden. I made no trades, no withdrawals, no conversions ... nothing at all. I tried contacting Yobit's support but got no reply so far. I also did a check of the history to see if my account was hacked somehow and if there are any abnormal transactions in it. Yet, everything appears to be normal.

I did notice something in the section called "YobiCodes" (whotever that might be). There is a position created on Jan 5th at 02:00:47 stating my BTC's in a minus form, with the type called "Code creation". What is this? I really do not know what this "YobiCodes" stands for nor have I been up in 2 AM to jerk around with whatever this is. Does anyone know what this mean?

I also noticed this morning they have a lot of DDOS attacks. Could this be a cause of my BTC being gone?

Can anyone tell me to whom should I refere to solve this issue?

TNX in advance!

Why do I see this message, when trying to log in?

"You cannot log in now. Please try again later or contact our Support Team."

Is Yobit currently overloaded or is there a problem with my account?

Edit: Apparently it was just a temporary outage.

Yobit sucks, they are always on DDOS and this is the message that I'm getting.
Quote
DDOS 20-50 mins (r)
But upon refreshing it was good again and people on chat box are talking like usual thing like there's nothing happened. I don't know if I'm the only one who's experiencing this.

They are a bit like cheques.

You can put money from your account into them, then either give them away to other people with yobit accounts, or give them to yobit to pay for listing a new coin.

There have been a number of bitcointalk giveaway threads giving away yobicodes for others to cash out.

This post explains how to use them.

So, I have a yobicode - how do I use it?
It depends what you want ro do with it. If u want to claim them by yourself, then enter them with the green button like Baby Rage said. If u want to give them away, just tell them in the chat and people will claim them.
If those codes weren't bought, but announced in the chat, they are already claimed by others, u need to be fast cause people are greedy for free btc :)

This is an example of a claimed yobicode.

today 10000 MARVEL free from yobicode
here you go YOBIT6DFA7BB2E005E3C24181A8MARV
pleasure

good thing my yobit account is currently opened that is why i am first to claim it, thanks! :)

OK. That gives some light to what YobiCodes are, but I still do not know how did it happened that my BTC wallet turned into these cheques. Can you tell me where can I find these cheques on their site? Purhaps I could restore them back to wallet by myself (?).

I getting really worried. By 10PM last night I posted 4 messages to their support and got not a word back.

I made a similar post to another topic in this forum and got an interesting reply:

Your wallet will be safe but I have heard of them selling older coins on older chains and therefore you must protect yourself and check to see what is happening between the chains. For instance I knew they sold the old espers chain and maybe still are for a long time, do your diligence prior and things should be okay.

Is there anything going on with BTC that would support this idea?

It appears I got ripped off by YOBIT. Now, this judgement may sound hasety or harsh, but please read further and let me know if I'm wrong.

Earlier, I posted the following to this topic:

I got a reply from keyboard warrior (above ... and tnx for putting in some light), and after reading it I made further investigation. The history log on Yobit showes only one line in section YobiCodes:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JJZX-4cfpRSd-E7Oy3_bgOJR2bzudipc

They converted my BTC wallet to these YobiCodes on January 5th at 02:00:47.  I looked trough a complete site (struggling with the constant notifications on the ongoing DDOS attack) and found where I can see these YobiCodes (username ---> YobiCodes). The code is there but I cannot turn it back to my BTC wallet.
Now, I am 100% sure that I was not up and on at that time. No email notifications or records would indicate that I (or anyone else using my credentials) was logged in at the time or did anything with my BTC wallet. So WHO, WHEN, HOW and WHY converted my BTC to these YobiCodes. If I (or any hacker) didn't, than the only explanation is that YOBIT did it on their own.

I already sent 5 messages to support and got no reply from them. Not a single word. Nothing... and I am getting rather desperate. At this point, the amount in question is far more than I can afford to loose.

I sincerely hope that someone from YOBIT will read this and will try to resolve this issue explain what happened.

It depends on what coin is involved.

Wallet maintenance are sometimes temporary to fixed some things (and yes need to update) and at some cases, it will lead to wallet removal. There are lots of inactive wallets in Yobit that is still listed so sometimes people are making a mistakes at deposits.

What did you deposit?

It's very normal to yobit when it comes to the wallet updates. They are always stuck and keeps on telling that they are on maintenance. When the wallet is up and working then you can start withdrawing your coins there but for now you can't do something about it but to wait and hope for their fast resolution to that wallet.

Thanks for the update. Was thinking to open an account on exchange but reading all the reviews about yobit though it an old exchange but it does not give me any confidence to trade on this exchange considering the problems being faced by current users. Also I think a pop up should have being a better option for them to make their users aware that they are updating and it will take x number of days to get things restored properly.

If you literally mean by "urgent" then there is no way.

Yobit support is one of the worst supports in the world of crypto exchanges. That description is already being tagged to them since their inception when they are still new to their operation.

Just send them your ticket and wait wait wait. You can also troll at their trollbox and try to hunt their trollbox admin (the name on GREEN font). But to chat on that trollbox you need BTC0.02 on your Yobit's account.

Lucky for those people who got fast response from them and as being said their trust or feedback is already being mentioned specially on their support system which do really suck. It might answer you for a long period of time but don't expect because they might not answer you forever.

If I look through most of the complaints, it seems that there is a pattern where Yobit is quite responsive when it comes to the larger account holders, and less responsive to those 'playing' around with 'pocket change'. It may not concern each and every large account holder, but certainly a lot of them. This type of filtering is a pretty nasty practice, but if turns out to be reality (there is no definitive proof), people are better off taking precautions themselves. It means don't invest in shitcoins from where its wallets might end up in maintenance mode, which can take weeks to be solved, if ever. If you just stick to the main coins, you dramatically lowers the chances of you needing whatever form of Yobit support. Just think logically.

I mentioned the amount for reference to him.

He asked for "if there's an urgent way" so basically I told him some of the possible ways to reached support even at low chances as there is no other way. Of course in the first place, if you experienced the problem especially in Yobit, before accepting it as a scammed already, you need to do ways because your own funds is your concern. Even at low chances that they will respond, you will be eager to contact them at any ways. So you think people will just let it go easily?

You will never know the experienced until it will happened to you.

No need to experience since Ive been there on their earliest years which the trollbox doesn't still charge or doesn't need a balance for you to be able to chat. Things changed now but the thing remained still is their horrible support and thats why I do decide to left this exchange and never look back. I just tell the thing about the scam thing regarding on the feeling that it gives me that you would need to have a balance for you to chat & reaching out their support is easy and there are really ways but  response wont really be expected to be that fast as you expect.

The problem in lesser form is the lack of staff, but the main reason Yobit is very slow with solving matters, comes from the fact that there is only one entity able to actually get things done, which is the operator himself. All staff members can only provide informative answers at best, and if things need to be deeper investigated, the staff needs to contact the operator in order to know more. It has been like that since the very beginning, and now that the crypto market has grown significantly in the last year, things have become far worse. Yobit is literally a one man show. Despite all the problems they are experiencing, Yobit still manages to gain users.

As I see support doesn't reply on all languages. Do they have so few workers there or what? I have not replied tickets from the last year and it is still without an answer! This is just unacceptable! YoBit simply can loose users with such behaviour to it's users!

I'm not really aware that Yobit is only a one man show since from the beginning if it does then we should not really expect to get response easily or on a short period of time considering on backlogs on such service.Time wont really be enough if you do handle it alone. Cryptomarket did really grow over the years and its dumb to think for its operator on not adding manpower since they are still capable on getting new people do make use of the site. They should really not lose up even more users if they do like to stay on this industry.

Yobit is scam. 6th of November I've made mistake and sent Ethereum to Ethereum Classic wallet. I know that some exchange take % for solving this kind of problems so I've wrote message to technical support of Yobit site. There was no answer since then (6th November).
Than I've tried to find admin at Yobit chat on the site - nobody asked me. Finally I've found official telegram chat of Yobit exchange (https://t.me/yobitnet_ru and https://t.me/yobitnet) and asked admin ☫Matveevka☫ to help me. Admin ☫Matveevka☫ asked money for solving my problems. I've paid for this but he didn't do anything. ☫Matveevka☫ is a thief. Also like Yobit exchange. Don.t work with them. I can show proofs (print screen of chat with ☫Matveevka☫ admin).

About 70 days ago I have sent 4780 HK tokens to my yobit wallet. The tokens were sent from orderbook.io to Yobit HKN wallet.
Still to this day i have not received the tokens in my yobit wallet. I have tried to contact yobit support multiple times but have not
gotten any reaction yet. At this point in time i am writing an article about lesser known exchanges and their support system, Yobit
will also be mentioned. So far i am very positive about the yobit exchange itself.

I have already contacted members and even the CEO of HKN about this issue. I have been forwarded to yobit support by the ceo of HKN
and will get back to him as soon as i get a reply from Yobit.

I have sent multiple tickets to yobit through my account on the exchange but still no reply. I hope you can help me out Sad

If you need any additional info to solve this matter let me know and i will provide it.

I have attempted to contact yobit about getting our coin listed. I paid a premium to list our coin over a few weeks ago. I am having no responses to my messages (sent 3), and Im a little disappointed there is no actual email contact and you are not even able to write them on twitter. If someone here knows how I can get a hold of a rep, please let me know. I am with the ECC and my email is: marketing@ecc.network

I am the Exchange Manager for the Project and Would like to speak with someone.

Thank you.

Just stay on their chat box on their website and join the discussion when you see a greened name member there.

That color indicates that it is part of yobit but it costs some deposits (btc) before you will be granted to chat there so you need to transfer.

I'm sorry for your disappointment but yobit has been well known for having a bad support so even how hard you are going to contact them, only luck will make it happen.  :-\

Its awful why would I even want anyone signed up for an exchange that is notorious for ignoring their customers? At this point I just want my sign-up fee back! Not going to recommend with yobit- if they are ripping ppl off! If an exchange has no support they have nothing!!!!!

And how to contact the operator? My problem stays the same, but everything else work good. I am asking them in my letters about their risen fees for withdrawing of fiat. Last year it was 0% and now as I see it is 9% on QIWI, other withdrawing places are also expansive. Does anyone have any info when this grabbing is going to be stopped?

Those people who are signing up on yobit probably introduced to that exchange by their friends or someone that is trading there so they don't know the history of yobit.

I didn't know that yobit has a sign-up fee or they really had? AFAIK, there's none. How much have you deposited to them?

It's impossible to contact him directly, especially when it comes to matters not being an actual problem at all, and your question fits in that category. In other words, your email has most likely been trashed a long time ago already, so don't waste any time waiting. Regarding Qiwi, it's quite weird, because their site doesn't really contain any actual useful information about the fee structure. If I look at other exchanges, then 5% on average seem to be the ongoing Qiwi withdrawal fee, so it's safe to say that Yobit is filling its pockets unnecessarily, which is a shame, but nothing you can do about. The only way to deal with this is to either ditch Qiwi, or in case that's your only payment option, ditch Yobit.

There is no sign up fee, they charge a premium to list coins and I paid that premium almost a month ago with no response or confirmation that they will list our coin. I tried to contact them, and they have no even attempted to respond. Why would I want them to add our coin to their exchange? So ppl that trade there can lose their money?????

One month ago a transfer for 20,000 tron coins was stuck in withdraw mode, after 3 days it showed the transaction as completed. Coins were never transferred nor placed back in to my Yobit wallet.. Transaction does not show up on blockchain, so I know they were never sent.... I have sent a ticket nearly every other day for a month and have gotten no response, all tickets still showing new.. I am assuming that they have been stolen by Yobit until support can make it right....

Only two things that possibly happen with this. It's either you are correct or they are just delaying your withdrawal.

We all know what yobit has been doing for years of their operation. Too many complains that are popping everyday with their wallet and coins that are on maintenance.

20,000 TRX is quite a good amount of money. Give up on contacting them, they are known for having the slowest support ever.

But wait for those your tickets to get responded and viewed by any of their representative.

As far as their support is concerned, I think everything has been said many times before- it has never been fast and reliable, and over time it got even worse. It seems to me that support is reduced to one or two operators the most, and they even introduced restriction on chat-only users who have a certain amount of BTC can post there.I have some BTC there and want to withdraw, but fee is 120 000 satoshi what's really unbelievable for the present time.

It is best to do not even open account there,so many scam accusations, practically no support.I'm surprised they managed to survive so long.

Their support is completely shit anyway. Why another bother to invest on Yobit, although there are better exchanges out there with at least "decent" support they could handle if someone needs support. Although, I haven't encountered with such problem.

We can't stop those traders that are happily using them because they are easy to use and they got a load of altcoins to choose. I can't blame those traders who are staying to them and don't experience any bad thing but I feel bad for those traders that are new to crypto's and they will experience something wrong with the exchange like delays of withdrawal, completed withdrawal but there's no show of balance to the receiving wallet. It's hard to deal with yobit's support but there are concerns that are solved, I don't know if they are picky to the queries or those people that got resolution are just lucky ones to deal with the support quickly.

Problem is, many people have deposited their coins inside Yobit.
Most Yobit problem occured during withdrawal, Imagine if this people wanted to get out of Yobit by withdrawing their coins but have this problem and have to contact support to solve it.
We've just gone full circle on Yobit crap customer support ::)

I'm still blasted why they would hire a customer support, yet the whole operation needs to be verified by the owner directly.
Seems counter-productive to me ???

This is already a 2-year old thread but still the issue of yobit is still kicking upto these days. Support do always suck and really gives headache for those people who do use this thing. We cant stop those traders to deposit their coins since there are really instances that coins are just being traded on Yobit which its normal for someone to risk on depositing it to the site even though they are aware on such issue. Not only withdrawals do have problems but also on depositing too this is why for new traders out there better to opt out on using this exchange. This is very unreliable.

@lotus2002 dont ever try to believe that you would need up to send money to solve your problems because i dont even believe that any exchangers that do have issue would really request such thing. Are you sure you have contacted the right support of yobit? Well dont bother because they wont really answer at all and thats the legit one. :)

@batbetbit you are definitely right which not only yobit do have some issues as well but also to those reputable exchangers in the market do really have existing problems.

This is not only one exchange doing this issue to their consumers so you do not need to mail to get the assistantance. Instead of that you can try to write a post to scam accusation section if get any problem because of the exchange just trash with the perfect details if your concern is true.
Because of yobit we are getting more trouble to the users.

YOBIT IS A BIG BIG SCAM ... SCAM ... PONZI SCHEME ... AND MANY OTHER ...

WE CALL FBI OR FED'S or EUROPOL / INTERPOL , EUROPEAN CYBERCRIME DEPARTMENT ... TO WATCH THIS ISSUE ...

after many many peoples losing their money into the website , by using a tool called INVEST BOX , and named as they said :

InvestBox
Invest your free coins to InvestBox! It’s a tool for devs to promote their coins. It’s NOT Pyramid/HYIP, all payments are made from special fund.
InvestBoxes can change status from Active to «No coins», but you can close your investment any time, it’s 100% safe.

in fact , is not any 1% safe , they play with our money , move the price as they want ,if volumes increase , they move the price lower and lower ... but this is not the big problem

the problem is that from 24 hours ago , the invest box tool , did not make any PAYMENT , or if make any payment there is a 8-9-10 hours delay , during this time , price drop more that 100% and it reflect into the balance ... they did it deliberate way , because of a name called LIMBO , which generate deliberate transactions of billions of virtual coins , in this way they overload the servers , and have delay delay delays in everything ....

many of customers ,lost their coins / money from account , other customers was unable to login and lost their access accounts , I AM VERY SURE THAT IS BECAUSE OF THEM...

So please , FBI , KGB , EUROPOL < INTERPOL < watch this problem, because is similar to BTC-E i smell , and if everything is in this way , shutdown this worst exchanger who take peoples money.

There is no support & never was, just the occasional scripted response. There is no insurance fund & never was. They will ignore you & keep your funds. Kiss your coins goodbye. You've been scammed.

Mostly, if tokens are not credited on yobit altcoin wallets then the wallet might really be on maintenance and yobit is know to have such issue where they dont really make any announcement where it would result your coins would float into limbo. Theres no specific time on when it would be resolved and talking about support then dont expect for them to answer you.

In my past address there is no investox or yobicode

Yobit is known on having the worst support ever because they dont tend to make any replies into their tickets but trying your luck doesnt cost an arm and leg.
Here you go: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594 Try to contact their Forum representative if you already done on sending support from their site.It do add the chance on getting some response but i would say that you shouldnt expect.

It's no use of contacting their forum account, they have been recently online on June 22 but their last post was from last year. I want to warn you that be careful of scammers too, since you have said that you have necessary documents/credentials to provide.

These scammers will try to fetch you just to get that data. It's known that yobit has the worst support but if you're trying to retrieve your account from them, contact only them not anyone outside their exchange.

I receive the following notification when trying to write a message to a user - User 'YoBit' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting.

I don't know if this worked for some people that experienced same problem on that exchange. Have you considered creating a new account just to inform their support about your current problem?

But AFAIK, they have deposit requirement to be allowed to message on the chat box but I'm not so sure about their ticket support if it is included to that requirement.

I didn’t get any answers, I don’t have enough status to write a personal message, can someone help me and write a personal message to them here on the forum? I will provide a screenshot with balances, date, amount, and address of the last replenishment, and date of registration. This is my only chance to stay alive.

Their last post was months ago and as far as i know they don't respond to PM's on bitcointalk.

Best thing you can do probably is either contact them on twitter, ( i always see support staff in the comments of their "official" account tweets.), or try to contact them on https://t.me/yobitnet

Also, in the future, don't use yobit. Use Binance instead.

Is this really yobit's support and not from impostors?

If this is true then its good. I can see the list of mods here.
I was trying to contact them since yesterday too for I lose my phone and has to reset my 2fa in them. I did create a ticket but weren't getting some reply yet. A mod did reply to me in the chat but today it wasn't resolved yet.

I hope this is true and they set up a full time support, people are having a hard time to contact their support in the past I've sent several tickets but it took them 3 weeks to answer when the answer is just a simple no or yes and need to  you have balance in your account if you want to participate in the chat widget, a real time support is badly needed.

Tested it  and looks fake. In fact it only works if you want to deposit but if your message is about withdrawal, the page doesn't interact. Don't try depositing to the address it gives you until the real yobit support verifies this yobit.live is theirs.

In the previous years those people who give out unsupported/unverified links gets red trust.

Because of this [worst support ever], many scammers would play around with fake support channels to hunt newbies. However, i don't think anyone would afford sending a half bitcoin to get in touch with the support. Everything prove that this is a fake website not related to Yobit exchange, although i would always recommend to stay away from anything matches this word <Yobit> because it's either fake or belongs to one of those Yobit's shady shemes.

So why did you promote them then? Scam promoters are just as bad as the scams they promote, worse even.

Do you think i can't change my attitude after about a year from wearing their signature? There was a lot of discussions at that time about the legitimicy of the Yobit campaign which took too much time before Yobit started promoting its scammy "InvestBox" and "daily 10% profit".
You left me a negative trust without even trying to contact me about the issue or open a debate with community. You maybe didn't notice this topic i created at that time: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5134204. It's based on the interpretation on how you posted it, people thinks that you are promoting the link and you are linking it to Yobit , we all know that Yobit has a questionable reputation, scammers will create scam platform to attach it to Yobit so Yobit will get all the blame, and there are no additional words on your posts, if that is safe or not when obviously it's not.

People should be very careful posting dubious links, it's a link bait people might think it's the original one, you did not even mentioned if the site is real or not you just posted it and add they are cooking something, it's a lesson learn for you and to those who are posting links who do not do research.

God I wish I've never created an account there. So apparently they `no longer perform this operation` (meaning disabling 2FA) and there's no way to contact them. No emails, spam-only twitter account. You can't even reply to the support answer as they send it via `mailer@yobit.net` and tell you to answer in tickets only at https://yobit.net/en/support/ WHERE YOU HAVE NO TICKETS. God what a piece of crap. Luckily I only have small balances there but still would love to be able to withdraw them.

My account is hacked and I lost 1000 USD. Fact is this happened on YoBit.net! I'm very shocked on how is this went. And this despite the fact that I didn't use 2FA. I used the YoBit mobile app and was connected with my telefone, but this app never work in first place. The app was connected with my API key from YoBit. I suspect that something happenend there. If this program doesnt work, why do you let people use it? Yobit should take responisibility in this. Somebody was like 5 minutes in my account and Yobits security system didnt act. SOmebody changed USD to BTC and then transfred it to this address: 39SwBAyUgjano6q7eMZaErLojQB85L5Ran

I would like to have a good explaination otherwise I will report Yobit of fraud.

1000 USD just dissapeard in thin air. Fact is that this happened on YoBit! Yobit has the responisbility of the savety of their users.

Although yobit got a bad reputation still we cannot blame them for such lose, there are so many instance on why it happens to you and for so many phising sites and other exploit attempts maybe one of them got you. So maybe next time be more careful your account and much really better if you go on most reputable exchange.

Correct..
Possible reasons and since this one doesnt have 2fa then it is increasing the risk of easily get hacked.

-Phished
-Malware on your pc

Yobit is been known on this forum or on the entire market as a shady exchange. Also, why this guy had considered out on making out deposit in spite of the current issues do this exchange has?

Arent they having much time on making some simple google search and ending up on depositing on this exchange where the fact that there are much better exchange platforms out there than on this one?

Yobit has nothing to do when it comes to lost funds due to some human error. So take this as a lesson learned.

I have an account on Yobit and it's been a long time since I've not used that account. A few days ago when I went to use the account. I couldn't remember the account password. So I tried to forget the password. But they wanted to know my username but I forgot the username also. So I email at there support system and ask my username. But they did not provide my username. They did not believe it's me(the account owner), But I mail them from the same email that I use to create an account Yobit. They did not help me to recover my account, I have some Waves coins there and now they are worth $300 or more. I don't know how I can get support from Yobit :( :(
