I think bitcoin is a very great options for people who buy virtual goods such as accounts of games, cards... and if I have one then I would do consider this option.

Items that know that are in a certain demand, I leave it out here on the forums for possible btc transactions. But usually its a hit or miss so I end up selling it for cash near my local area to buy btc. If I cant sell it I eventually just sell it on ebay.

I would prefer to be only paid in bitcoin all the time, no banks, no fees, no cards, no Paypal to hold my funds, or that dreaded "We can't send your payment now" that comes for no reason at all. You set your own fee for every transaction. I sometimes set a fee of 2 sat/byte for the transactions that are not urgent, I have fun with bitcoin to be honest.

I mean, if someone payed me $200 worth of bitcoins (~0.45BTC), in just a few weeks or months, the same amount has higher value with nearly $230 so it's a profit!

No we dont accepts bitcoins at all becasue everybody who is working here get payd by just normal gold they cant be payd with coins what do they have only coins that is not easy for them to pay their bills etc.

No we never accept bitcoins and that is because there are not many companys these days who accept them only a couple so i dont think it is needed for our company. Maybe if others start working with coins we will also.

we do accept bitcoins in different methods it is within the company's investments to cater or facilitate the needs of our clients depending on what kind of trade or transaction it may be.  It could not be a lot of it but a few is enough to meet our clients needs.

That's some incomplete way to say it. My reason to accept it is because the transaction is much easier. But off course it would need internet access. Its hard for far flung areas. And its more hard if btc is not recognizable in your place. And btc can be easily converted to fiat money.

yes, some customers in my business is already using bitcoin. I accept payment via bitcoin for my efforts in onlie website. it makes it easy for some of my customers come from distant places. for delivery a other media they complained because a large fee. while the bitcoin fee is very low.

I have an app on Google Play Store and on Appstore and as far as a I know there are not any other payment method accepted except their own (google wallet and apple pay) for in app purchases, If I could I would integrate bitcoin immediately.

currently I am doing only online business, and in that business I only prefer to use bitcoin, before joining bitcoin I was using other payment processors for USD, but now I do not use it at all, some of my coins are in paypal and Payza, but still they are there for months.

Yes I am a domainer (domain name reseller) and I accept bitcoins as payment option. Unfortunately I couldn’t accept bitcoins from anyone in my town because no one is aware of bitcoin or any other crypto currency.

If any developer is reading this, I would suggest a portal like a funnel where people can pay in any currency and I would receive it in bitcoins. Please suggest if there is any such service, I prefer receiving payments in bitcoin rather than fiat.

I disagree on your  insight. Bitcoin is worth of accepting as payment method if everyone have to think this way like yours it can hamper the nascent industry. More people to reach bitcoin especially when paying for something online and in reality can help bitcoin to grow more in value. No I do not accept business. The sole reason is that my country is not accustomed to bitcoin even in 2016 and I hope the picture changes in some years but it is very difficult. None of the nearby stores accept bitcoin. Big e-commerce sites may accept bitcoin but that's not where I will buy all my daily necessity stuff. Also converting bitcoin to local currency is possible but tax is there which is huge.

I think bitcoin is very good for the businessmen to include in the payment method. It will increase their customer base and those people who do not have credit card can also get the services by paying in bitcoins.

I agree it is very good for business.  the reason is that it open a new horizon for entrpreneurs.  A new business client and of course there is lots of them.  Aside from these, there is also a very minimal fee on every transaction that will attract more users.  In short, the user base will be strengthen because of these bitcoin enthusiast/users.

You really don't have to use bitcoins in order to earn using it. You can sign up for a service like bitpay which processes the transaction with bitcoin in the consumer end and pays you normally with Fiat.

If I had a business I would take bitcoin as a form of payment forsure.
It is just as value as any other form of payment and much more so as it can increase in a few minutes instead of a week.

And I wouldn't probably use a service like BitBay that will exchange my Bitcoin directly to fiat after the customer pays it, but I would keep the payment as a Bitcoin instead because I think it would just be more profitable if I do that.

I've said this before, but I work in a substance abuse facility.  It would be absolutely fantastic and entirely appropriate if we accepted bitcoin as payment, but most of our clientele have state insurance that pays for everything.  I think some of the private rehabs ought to take bitcoin, because there are a lot that take cash payments.  The only problem I'd see is the government cocking an eye at it.

Currently I don`t have any business, it`s just one of the plans for my future. From the time when I introduced with bitcoin I dream about opening some business that will accept bitcoins. I would be first in my town, and maybe in my country. That is good for business when you are first in something.
If I ever open something, that would be one the list of important things to do. I think this is the future, and with early adopting in something there always higher chance for attracting more customers later. I`m just concerned about period before people learn about it and start to use it, that period is hard to survive, when bills are coming and income is not high enough.

I don't have a business but i would accept bitcoin in my business because bitcoin has done alot for me and like this I would do something back to bitcoin and the community.
And besides a lot of people use it so I would probably get atleast a few extra customers then.

i my pleasure i want to accept bitcoin in my business but i think in my area there are a few people who have some knowledge about bitcoin and most of the people have no knowledge about bitcoin.

We are not even close to BTC adoption, most of people have no idea what is it.

You just need to complete your part of this as you will not lose anything by having just other payment options for your customers.

Things will get changed in future for sure. So that, there will be more bitcoin adoption and also you will get more customers due to the having bitcoin payment option.

That actually a major improvement for bitcoin because amazon is a big online store and the fact that we can already shop online in amazon with the help of the third party company, that already gives us the comfort in using bitcoin and who knows if amazon will directly accept bitcoin in the future.

the price fluctuation is not a problem with only your future business but every businessman who want to start a business with bitcoin want the price of bitcoin to be a stable price as they have to put all of their money in bitcoin for starting that and in that they feel a fear of volatility.

If they don't accept it you can't force them though I wouldn't want to earn my salary in bitcoin bitcoin can just drop down and then poof half of their salary is gone for example.

The best advertisement we can do for bitcoin is just to advertise online because it is an online currency and we cannot attract those people who are not constantly using online transaction, social media and any popular site will be a big help if we spread the information there.

Yes  i accept bitcoins in my e loading business it is more convinient for me to accept bitcoins and as i have save and earn more by selling bitcoins cause i use an official app in my country which offer loading of sim cards.

I think it's a bad idea to only support bitcoin in a business if I may give my opinion. This is because limiting yourself to one payment method is also limiting yourself to the customers, which is not good you want to offer them as many methods as needed.

I wouldn't accept bitcoin in my business yet if I had a business. Reason for this is that no one wants to work with a volatile valuta.
Of course it's great for investing potential but for owning for example a store then it's not good at all.

On the contrary, I would gladly accept bitcoin if ever I set up a business.  The reason is obvious.  The new horizon of clients and customers.  This is the difference if you accept bitcoin to those who do not accept bitcoin.  You have an extra customer from the cryptocurrency community people.  And that is enough to make your business boom.

If I have a my own business, I would most probably accept Bitcoins. The reason for this is the fact that some people earn Bitcoins online and are unable to withdraw them because they don't have a bank account or because of their personal reasons. Bitcoins, no matter how it was obtained, can be sent to my Bitcoin wallet designated for my business.

And unlike other payment methods like Paypal, Bitcoins cannot be refunded back to his wallet so just seeing that my wallet says "Receiving" then I'm pretty sure that there should be no problem later.

I have my own web hosting depend on national people and of course anyone can use it globally. For this I added many peyment systems, supports and etc and of course I put bitcoin payment system because it's new in my country, people don't have much knowledge about it but also some of them is using bitcoin. ( I mean people who wants hosting ). My customers are glad about bitcoin payments because they prefer using it more than paypal or credit card.

It is good there is store who accept bitcoins as payment method although just a little amount users of bitcoins, at my local area only me who active using bitcoins and there are not people who know about bitcoins, although i have explained. I think if have a business, its not a good idea but ofcourse depending on the business you own. Some countries needed license in able to transact bitcoin. If i own grocery store its not very wise to use bitcoin because if a costumer buy just small amount and cost a penny, do i need to use bitcoin? Plus, bitcoin can use only with internet.

It can only used without internet if the buyer will have a bitcoin stored on paper note. And even the the buyer buy with small amount, bitcoin can be used because it is still supported by bitcoin wallet especially coins.ph without a transaction fee. For me it is goos to accept bitcoin on business because it's price is always inflating every year. So why not accept it? It will makes transaction fast no more changed and at the same time it serves to as an investment.

if my business is online maybe i will consider to accept bitcoins for another payment beside credit cards, paypal, neteller because for todays, business online is like giant industry that will have much of potential buyer from many places and this is why we can make bitcoin as other payments.

Actually your company is not need seeing the price of bitcoin every days, you just need opening account on bitpay.com and accepting bitcoins as payment method.  bitpay.com will convert automatic bitcoins to fiat money for your company and bitpay is for companies not for personal services.

If there's a will there's a way but that method you need to exert effort, most of the customers want to easily transact with your business and if possible they want to have their bitcoin spend that look for a third party company just to make a successful transaction.

If i have a business, either online or offline, i don't need to think twice to accept bitcoin.  Bitcoin is getting popular each day  and lots of users which can be a potential customer will be available once I accept bitcoin as a mode of payment.  As an entrepreneur, i don't want to waste this opportunities that bitcoin can bring, so I am willing to accept bitcoin as a mode of payment for my business.

as what i've known bitpay makes your clients transaction and sending bitcoin as fast as you just clicking send button because if the client were using desktop wallet the send button would be functionable and it's as easy as using paypal you know?

but if you just announce to  that you are accepting bitcoin in your company and ready to pay in bitcoin if some like to accept, i think people will start thinking about that and the will really take interested in it and hope that very soon the number of bitcoin users in your area will increase.

A company cannot afford to pay in bitcoins only to a few bunch of employees and rest in fiat and I don't think that everyone would be aware of bitcoind and even if they are aware most of them will not prefer to accept their salary in bitcoins only because of the fact that price is too volatile.

For me, I am not yet accepting bitcoin in my small business because i have a coin controlled pc using ordinary coin which is use in my country currency, but for the future plans i am looking on a way to apply this kind of payment of a coin pc net cafe into a bitcoin controlled internet pc service. This can be easily programmed, I think. Your main concern will be if there will be enough customers in your area that is willing to pay using bitcoin. You have to make a feasibility study first, if it is profitable to use bitcoin as payment scheme or just stay on using fiat coins.

If I only have a business which is traditional type, I will of course accept bitcoin in my store outlet. Because I know the good advantage of having it. But if ever that happen to me I will inform first my friend nearby in my place about in bitcoin.

This thing should be pushed to gain more circulation. I do the vice versa. I accept cash to buy prepaid load in bitcoin for my friends. It is way faster and cheaper when they buy through me that is why I am getting a lot of customers. Aint that great?

I accept bitcoin for my business, I sell some digital and physical goods these days and I accept multiple pay methods for it and also some altcoins these days.
Its good for the future and it keeps the business also a bit more popular than others.

yes my pleasure to accept bitcoin in my business, but i think in present time it is very very difficult as in my area the number of bitcoin user is very low. a few number of people are using bitcoin in my are therefore i cannot expect a good result if i start accepting bitcoin, my be in future when the number of bitcoin user increase then it will show a good result.

I glad heard that, unfortunately not all people can do what you have done, accepted bitcoin on real business, personality i don't use it for real business except online business is like trading and i think it is depend on kinds and knowledge of people around there about digital currencies especially bitcoin.

I and some friends have a business here locally where we sell old stuff from one seller to a buyer. We accept BTC mainly coz all of us use Bitcoins in our online life for trading or gambling and exchange price is high. So we accept bitcoins from the buyer but pay the seller in local money or bank transfer. By doing this we make some profit too and we get BTC without any hassle.  ;)

I guess, this will not be feasible in my country as per the present situation of bitcoin here. Really we do not have any big bitcoin community so that I will be having better business with bitcoin payments.

You are right currently for a business we have some multiple payment systems so that we can provide the service even to those who have their other payment system but if we want to support the bitcoin community and want to promote only bitcoin then we have to adopt only bitcoin as a payments system.

Similar case where I live, people have never heard of bitcoin yet. They just want fiat as payment. The acceptance of fiat is much more and people rarely care about cyber currencies and if it is government sanctioned at all. So the first impression is that I am trying to trick them. As a result I dont really accept bitcoin in my business.

If I was a merchant, I could add this payment option. Currently, there are applications that make it quite easy for both the merchant and the customer. Plus, it would be good publicity for Bitcoin.

Then you should conduct a seminar to them or try to post to your store that you are going to give some bonus like groceries if you are going to get paid with bitcoin. For sure that is going to make them curious on what is bitcoin, as we know customers now are practical they will choose what is going to be the best for them.

It is not easy.  The reason is that, the store owner don't have benefits if he do that bonuses.  Even if I am the owner I won't do that unless I know I still have profit even if I give bonuses on every item that is bought in bitcoin.

The store owner will get more profit if he will introduce bitcoin to his area as the people from there will find a new way to earn they will want to learn about bitcoin so he will teach them for pay and then he will start some services for bitcoin like exchange services etc then the owner will not lose any thing if he will provide some discount for bitcoin payment to him.

Yes he will get more profit, it is sort of taking a risk but if you are enthusiast about the profit you will get with bitcoin and you have a future sense that it is going to increase. Then if you are letting your customers to pay you with bitcoin (i.e $800) today's price. When 2017 has come the price will surely get into $900 or even thousands dollar. In the coming future I am planning to start a business at there it will be difficult for to get paid in bitcoin as it is a local business for the local people in my area but I will keep this option in that business and if someone will want to pay in bitcoins I will accept that and I know in the coming future a lot of people will like bitcoin option.
