Bitcoin will skyrocket. Reason: $50 was a mental barrier, we held at $47 for a week. $75 was a mental barrier, we held just under $75 for 4 days. The next mental barrier is $100, expect it to reach $93 to $99 and bounce around for a bit. The problem with traders alliances like that is that, at some point when Bitcoin is mainstream enough, maybe it is already because of the Fincen "endorsement", they are going to get subpoenaed by some angry hands for running a cartel which is illegal in the US.
I don't believe either that cartels are very strong alliances, as at some point one member will take advantage of the other members agreed upon behaviour and run with the money.
